My son`s car was totaled while parked and we needed to get a replacement. Sometimes I am leery of smaller lots, but we saw a great Lexus on the internet located at the Empower lot. Andy was the most courteous, professional, and pleasant auto professional I have run across. He was incredibly honest and helped us during the purchase process. I never write reviews... ever, but the experience I just had buying a car from empower group was so incredible that I have to say something. I have never met a salesman like Andy. I honestly feel like I just bought a car from a family member or a friend because he was so concerned on my being satisfied with the car, and what I was getting, that I feel like he was less worried about the money he would make and more ab... view moreout my satisfaction. Anything I had a concern about he took care of and provided a warranty that if I found anything in 30 days that it would be taken care of. Im still in shock that I found a car dealer who is as honest and helpful as Andy. I didnt think people like him existed. Faith in humanity and good honest people is restored! I think I may have just found my new car repair shop as well! If you are looking to buy a car, you will be thrilled at the service you recieve here.

Empower offers a great service department. They were very nice and got to work on my car immediately. Everything looked and sounded great when i got the car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Was referred to Andy at MPower a year and a half ago and I`ll never go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and wonderful work. Once they even charged me less than what was originally quoted because the labor took less time than they had thought!!! When does that ever happen?! Mpower couldn`t have made this process any easier. They found out what was important to me, kept me informed of what was available through the auction, and took care of me like family. They guided me completely through the process, including all the paperwork and financing and even refunded an amount they accidentally overcharged on the registration weeks later (I would have never known about it!)

Andy and his team are awesome and I can`t recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle with minimal headache and maximum value.

These guys are truly great businessmen and I would not trust my BMW 325 to anyone else. They`re straight shooters, do great work, are completely honest and trustworthy, and are fairly priced, which is a rare combination of attributes for an auto repair shop. I expect to pay a little more for servicing because I own a BMW, but these guys make it a pleasure and ultimately, they`re not that high in price... certainly ... view morea much better deal than going to the dealer. The first time I took my car in, there were things that they could have easily charged me for but instead investigated the possibility of it still being in warranty and sure enough, it was and that saved me over a thousand dollars. Another time, I sent my wife in to get some bulbs replaced and they dropped everything, did it on the spot and refused to accept payment for it. Way above and beyond the standard practice of auto shops, but these are the kind of people that I`m grateful to have found and they have earned my complete loyalty. Hence this glowing review! I hope they stay in business forever :)

M POWER is a great place to take your car. They are honest, which is rare in the auto serivice business. I had a great experience taking my BMW there and would reccomend it HIGHLY to anyone.

Beware of this ""Authorized"" BMW Service Facility. They are a fraud. The other reviews on this site were written by the Sales people themselves and the owner. I believed the reviews and a friend`s recommendation. What I didn`t know was that my friend only had their oil changed at this shop and never a serious repair. This shop took my money and did not repair my car. As a matter-of-fact, the car was return... view moreed to me in WORSE condition and I had to pay another repair facility to undo the damage they had caused and repair the car. I was without a car for two weeks! And my expenses mounted with the rental car I had to pay for. My friend that referred me to the dealership suffered similar problems with their car and I referred another friend around the same time that I had my car repaired and all three of us were ripped off. This dealership charged us with a ""computer diagnostics"" fee close to $100 each, not including the hundreds of dollars I paid them to ATTEMPT to repair my vehicle. Then, they couldn`t repair it and kept giving me different estimates of what they THOUGHT was wrong with the car. What was the computer diagnostics fee for if they didn`t have a computer tell them EXACTLY what was wrong with my vehicle??? Again, they ripped us all off. Beware.

Andy and his awesome crew will always take care of you when you bring your car to MPower. He will be straight up with you on what you need to do, as well as don`t need to do, to keep your BMW in tip-top shape!
I have been going to them for five years, even when I lived in San Diego. The service and knowledge Andy brings to the table is exceptional; BMW`s are his passion and it shows!

I have had my BMW services done at MPower, repairs done at MPower, bought my tires for my BMW at MPower and ALWAYS leave a happy client.
Also, Andy is exceedingly accomodating:
I had to have my car towed there one time, and they stayed open to get my car in that evening. Where do you get service like that today?
People who have a BMW warranty, you can bring your car to MPower and have the services covered under your warranty at MPower.
I highly recommend Andy and MPower.

I turned to Empower when I was tired of getting gouged by my BMW dealer for basic maintenance and minor repairs. I`ve dealt mostly with Andy at Empower, and he`s always been very transparent with telling me exactly what I need and don`t need to do, and he`s happy to go over my bill in detail and show me the parts he`s replaced.
