Don`t waste your time!! Bad experience all around. I am very dissapointed in this shop. Unproffesional and rude employees make for two thumbs way way down. They gave me the wrong amount of change then argued with me for about 20 mins that they didn`t when I repeatedly asked for a manager and was told there was no manager in today. Ok, that makes a lot of sense, run a business with no manager. I said I wasn`t lea... view moreving until I had the correct amount of change. So I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to count the cash drawer in front of me which revealed they had given me the wrong amount and finally gave me my money. At that point I also told them to keep their part and wanted a refund for that as well. They told me they would only give me store credit. This place is a joke!! Come on really I stood there the whole time the part never left your shop!! Unbelievable!!!

i recently, maybe 6 months ago had bugformance sacramento put a clutch in my 70 volkswagen, several weeks later i noticed that my engine was leaking too much oil, i hired a mechanic to help me take out the engine and check for the oil leak, the main seal was leaking, looking at the bolts on the flywheel, were all rounded off, badly, the gland nut too was rounded off, they had charged me almost $30 for a new gland nu... view moret, the throwout bearing was completely shot, oh, $58 for a new throwout bearing, what`s going on here, can not recommed this shop.

Horrible Shop!!!! There is really nothing else to say about it. Like one of the previous reviews I also encountered profaine language. Very innapropriate for someone that has children with them.

Never Again!! I will never step foot in this shop again! Overpriced and rude employees! I will tell everyone and their brothers to steer clear! Bad way to run a business you want local business then you should treat the locals well. Better luck online or even Auto Zone.

I`ve been in twice to buy parts and called for help a couple of time. Every time I have to deal with these counter people I end up with the same feeling....how is this business still around? Poor customer service, they act like they never have time for you, and recently I called about a cooling tin question and the guy had no idea what I was talking about...pretty sad. I am new to town, (Sacramento area) went to Bugformance in Sacramento for my VW parts, Thank God i found a local shop that was willing to help me with my parts and my questions regarding my car. Bugformance staff was very helpful to me and I will be buying my parts there and visiting them for any VW related info........

I`ve just started using this shop for parts only. It is convenient, and their prices are outrageous. More than the extra money, which I would consider if I needed something NOW, high prices and ignorant floor help don`t make for a winning experience. That`s the bad, but I have been a pro VW mechanic for thirty years, and there are good folks there also. I wouldn`t recommend it for non Bug people, it is apparent from ... view morethese other reviews that it is risky to order major work. For the most part, VW autos since 1967 are all basically ess, if you think any shop will fix your Jetta, Golf or other, instead just flush your dough down the toilet or marshal up a down stroke on a Civic, or Camry. Forewarned is forearmed. If you need to put coolant in your Dub, you own the wrong car.

Employee told me to come back after work for a fight. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!! That`s how I was treated for not wanting to exchange and pay almost double for the part I needed.

Went into store no one willing to help with out a better-than-thou attitude. Employees unprofessional and rude! I will not go back! I found a place called foreign parts specialties that has tons of vw stuff minus the attitude. If this saves one person the hassle of bugformance than it was worth posting. If I could I would give it 0 stars!
