German Auto Kraft came to our rescue! We were traveling the coast of California enroute to San Luis Obispo County. I started feeling that our clutch was slipping somewhere near Half-Moon Bay. Unfamiliar with the area, I took a chance and called GAK. It must have been good luck or divine intervention but I know I called the right place! I explained that we were traveling and pressed for time. I limped my car into Belm... view moreont. The friendly folks at GAK even helped us get a discount on a rental car! We left our BMW Z3 in their capable hands and continued on our journey to Morro Bay in our rental car to get married. The following day we returned to GAK and our car had been repaired, washed and vacuumed. The technician showed us the old parts, explained the repairs and gave us complete confidence that the repair was done correctly. The technician was clean, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. Their shop was immaculately clean and organized. I expected the bill for the repair to be much more, but GAK treated us very fairly and we left knowing that we got a great deal on first-rate service!

I planned a trip taking my BMW and my Check Engine Display light came on. I needed to leave the next day. I called, spoke with Jeanine and explained my dilemma. They replaced my spark plugs and an air sensor the same day! I appreciated their quick response. They have great customer service and as in the past, I will continue to bring my BMW in for repairs and maintenance

I have always been impressed on how clean the office and the garage is. You can eat off the floors. This was not my first visit to German Auto Kraft. I have to have my car at the end of the day. ( I work in Redwood City and need my car to get home) . They really helped me out. I called on Friday am. My Volkswagen would not turn on. They arranged a tow truck. They called me and explained what was wrong, i gave them the go ahead. I picked up my car after work. The shop was really busy and they showed me my parts. They had some really expensive cars in there. I was impressed how fast they fixed my car and would definately go again.

THEY CAME TO MY RESCUE!!!!!! My Mercedes died on me and they came to the rescue. I towed my car to their repair shop, (I was late for a meeting) they helped me with a car rental . This shop repaired my car and even brought me into their garage and showed me all my old parts. This was a first! They even washed my filthy car complimentary. I took my 2003 BMW M3 to German Auto Kraft after I heard multiple loud noises from underneath the car. I also wanted to do a little work on the inside of my car. They realized that my RTAB`s (rear trailing arm brushings) were worn out. They even showed me the part after replacing it and I was able to see the visible damage. Not only can they do routine service and check ups but they can also perform great customizing work. I would recommend this shop to any German car owner. Talk to Jeannine at the front desk. Really great shop! We received a flyer on our car. The check engine light came on. They told me it could be paid for by Volkswagen because our car is still on warranty.. Boardwalk treated us so terrible, rather than go back, I had GERMAN AUTOKRAFT replace the part. It cost us $325.00 dollars. I would rather pay them to fix it than go back to Volkswagen.
