It`s not very often you walk into a business and are greeted by your first name. It happens everytime I bring my Camry in for service. Scott is the Asst. Service Manager and he always greets me when I walk in. Go to Toyota Certified of Santee. It`s a brand new, clean facility with a welcoming atmosphere. It is less crowded or busy than going to other shops. The service staff will help you get the best price for the work you need done on the car. The price is always what was expected and the work is done on time or sooner. They have a courtesy van. I received excellent service at the Santee service center. It was an easy and quick process to drop off my car for an oil change. There was no line and I was helped immediately. The location is terrific, as it is next to the freeway. I highly recommend this service center.

I`d been taking my Toyota`s to another Dealership`s Service Department for years, then I discovered Toyota Certified of Santee. It`s more convenient, right off the 52 & 125, The facility is new, comfortable and they always finish the Service before the promised time.
