Thank you for the worst customer service I even experience with your sales director "MARK". Mark called me on Friday twice and said he had reserve the car (got the key) for me since I already turn in all the credit information and got approve by Honda. So we made the appointment at 9:00 am on Saturday. Why he lied to me and said he got the car for me on Friday? As he called me on Saturday morning, I already told him I will come early! I`m sure I will file a complaint with Honda corporation. an amazing salesman
I live in San Francisco, and had tried to avoid the car-thing until I had no other choice (my third child was in-the-oven). You always hear about how much it is cheaper to buy a car in the boonies, so I was dreading the trek out to Livermore or Fresno - no worries though, I had only to walk a few blocks from my loft: these folks at San Francisco Honda are just as competitive with their pricing. Plus, the experienc... view moree I had with my salesman - Chris Kenyon - felt more like talking with one of my roll-dogs that I cause damage with on the weekends than someone trying to sell me something. He accommodated my odd schedule, found the exact car (Honda Odyssey) that I wanted, and I felt that he was so cool that, even if I didn`t buy a car from him, he was totally cool with it, as if he could wait another 10 years so that I could swing-by and, maybe, I could buy my next car from him. Negotiation tends to be easy with these kinds of folks because you come to an agreement knowing that the transaction was based more on trust than a one-time zero-sum exchange; and trust me, I did my pricing research. Either he is an amazing salesman, or just one of those guys you prefer to deal with because he doesn`t seem like one. May future car salesmen take the mold of such an individual.

Had a great experience dealing with Chris Kenyon here. Bought a new 2011 Accord LX, and was in and out in an hour and half. Chris didn`t try to upsell us and gave us honest answers to our questions.

The staff made the entire event as smooth as possible
While waiting for have minor work done on a Honda, I wandered over to the new and used car sections. Here before my eyes was a fairly rare Acura of the 2005 vintage. After a short time, as looked the car over, a pleasant sales guru, Mike Doerner, came over and after a discussion about the car I told him I was interested. We had it checked at an private auto shop for problems, most of which were addressed by the repai... view morer section of the dealership. All the records and Carfax were presented, and with the help of the Used Car Manager, Igor Sosensky certain promises were made to deliver other items (wheel locks, manual), all of which were done in a timely manner. The deal was done. I must point out the purchase of this used car came with less problems than the purchase of a new car. The staff made the entire event as smooth as possible. Keep up the good work.

one of the better car experiences ive had. very good customer service from start to finish. when taking my appointment, they were courteous and looked into the timeline for ordering the parts to make sure that they could finish the job on the appointment day. they treated me like this even though all i needed was a cheap warranty repair. a lot of other places would have treated me differently because its obvious ... view morethey werent going to make money off of me. and they got the job done in the timeframe they stated.
