Not to use them because I beli...

Not to use them because I believe service takes a back seat to money. While they may do car windows well, I was not pleased with the tinting they did on my home windows. They couldn`t keep an appt time. They sent only 1 man to do what should have been a 3-4 hour job with 2 men. After 5 hours I asked the man to come back tomorrow and his boss gave him a hard time on the phone. I was promised 2 men and 3-4 hours. It to... view moreok 2 days with 1 man or 6 hours. The `boss` never called to ask me if I was pleased with the work...it was all about getting the money (upfront, during the job and after). I didn`t get paperwork and they were so late in getting started each day that I had to change my plans to accomodate them. The work was ok, but tinting was cut short on many windows and I was disappointed.

This is a family company opera...

This is a family company operating from well-maintained premises in a modern industrial park. I was given an estimate which was respected. The work was done within the time-frame promised, and I was warned to expect some bubbling and white spots that would disappear in a couple of days. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

Best Tinting in the Desert

I lost the number for Sun-Eez so went on line. Could not belive some of the bad reviews. This is my 11th car they just did and they also did my home about 10 yr ago I have never had a problem with their work. They have allways been on time or within 20 min. All the people their our very courteous and professional. EXCELLENT

I had been looking for some time, reading reviews, ect..., for some time. I had my prior cars tinted by a friend of mine. So I have seen high quality tinting before. So I was very concerned about where I would go now that I had moved away. I read the reviews about Sun-Eze. I thought they were better than most. I did read some where people were upset about the customer service. But I wanted to have my wife`s new car t... view moreinted before a long road trip. I can say that the service I received was A++++. from the brothers who own this place. Matt, I believe is his name, was excellent. He was very friendly and informative. Gave me a fair and good price.He even drove me back to my place and then picked me up when my car was finished.The tint job is perfect, tho not at first. One of the brothers did a quality check on the tint before I left. He was not happy with one of the small back side windows. So he removed that small piece of file and re tinted the window himself.I was astounded by the quality of the tint and their customer service. I would not hesitate a second to go there again. In fact I am going to have them do some of the windows at my home in La Quinta.

It Looks Great!

I was recomended by Toyota to this company tohave my windows tinting in my new Pruis. The tinting turn out great with no problems. They delivered the car when they said they would and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to do window tinting. I am also considering other products that they do.

Not as skilled as I was hoping & BBB Score: F

Although they were over 2 hours late and did not even bother to call me, most windows were done correctly. One was somehow forgotten and nobody noticed it when they went back to check the finished product. Another window had terribly cut and applied film - really jagged and crooked. They came to fix these two problems, however, the window that was re-filmed is still substandard (jagged edges) and has film pieces h... view moreanging off. I called to ask if someone else might be able to come out to fix it so that I don`t offend the person who ""fixed"" it, and the person on the line seemed offended, said he would ""make a note of it,"" and did not even ask for my name or phone number. Then, I looked online and discovered that this is a family business. Family businesses still need to be run professionally, and if a job is not done correctly, the problem needs to be handled in a professional manner. I have not heard back from them.

Excellent work!!!

I was on a tight schedule and had to travel 45 miles but it was worth the time and effort. Very courteous from the moment I arrived. They did a great job, did it on time, and I had a nice time waiting the last hour talking with the boss!! If you need a car window tinted, they do great work!!!

Sensational Sonata

I took my car to Sun-Eez as they were recommeneded by someone at the dealership. They did a great job and my car looks amazing. The guys there are great to work with. My husband wants to bring in our Honda Civic too. Have spread the word to my co-workers too. Thanks again.
