BAD SERVICE ALL TOGEHER!
HAD MY ROADSTER IN FOR A SPECIAL WHEEL ALIGNMENT. GETTING THERE AT OPENING AND BEING THE FIRST ONE, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, MANY AFTER ME, CAME AND WENT. Dishonest!
Center BMW has horrible customer service; the sales department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. This is the only BMW dealer in which I have had a bad experience, their dishonesty and disregard for the customer is a real disappointment. The sales manger Raul Hagen is rude, condescending and dishonest. We recently leased a new BMW from here and we are very dissatisfied with the service provided by Mr. Hagen. Lease return
I has the worse experience with BMW when I was returning my bmw lease car . it took me few days to call them and no one return calls . I decide to come by and they asked me to wait for 1 hour and when I met with Mike W . He came to the car and he did inspection but once he found out I do not buy another car from them he just try to send me back to dealership where I bought it. or just leave the car on the l... view moreot and we will send to action and BMW will bill you for any damage or problems they will find later.. ? hmm so why would someone leave the car and keys so they can make damage and tell me I brought the car like that?

totally rip off! the service is very bad ! they only can call and sell you !! I would never advice to buy car from them or have service!

Don`t go there
I brought the car in to have an ipod adaptor installed, this took longer and cost more than expected. They crashed the cars computer, then gave it back with no navigation dvd. After 3 days and a lot of unreturned phone calls I was finally able to reach the service manager Dan, by calling the sales department who knew about the mistake made in service. When I picked up the dvd from my rude advisor Steve (who appear... view mores to be to busy to return a phone call), it didnt even work. Four days later and about $100 dollars in additional rental car fees I`m still stuck with a car my dog won`t ride in and no answer as to when when my car will be fixed.

The only thing I appeared to have paid for was poor quality service and a lot of attitude.

Absolutely Terrible Service Department!!!!
Taking my car here has been the worst experience I`ve ever had at any car dealership. The service advisors are rude and they are either extremely incompetent or dishonest in terms of assessing work that needs to be done. If you bring your car here, you can expect it to take a very long time, not to get any updates on the status of your car, and to pay top dollar for work that might or might not be required on your ca... view morer. Nothing but EMPTY PROMISES!!!
Purchased a car at this dealership and one of the selling points was loaner car available with appointment for service. They forgot to mention that it takes A MONTH to get an apointment because of this I am 1500 miles over my scheduled maintenence and when my car had a dangerous problem they still couldn`t service me sooner or provide a loaner car. This is not only bad customer service it doesn`t make economic sens... view moree - the money they would spend on servicing the car would exceed an rental expense but their approach ""Get a rental car"". Sure, I may have gotten this BMW a little cheaper but I`m paying for it now. Next time, I will pay a little extra since I value customer service but I`ll pass on another BMW.
