This dealership sells vehicles that are lemons,purchased a BMW and had nothing but problems with it even the BMW dealership told me the car wasn`t worth fixing because they couldn`t be sure it wouldn`t have other issues that were just as costly to repair car lasted less than a year don`t be fooled this dealership is full of sales people that are not honorable at all!

I purchased a 2002 BMW 530I for them about a month ago. Ok...Looking at the past reviews I agree with some and disagree with some. After starting all the cars I was interested I picked the 02 BMW 530i to test drive, which rode really nice, but was a bit over my budget at $6600.00 out the door and I was only able to afford $6000.00. This is the reason why I gave them a 3 star because they knew I was driving far to purchase a car from them and wouldn`t even lower the price nor even offered a counter offer, so I left on a search another car. After searching all day I coundn`t find another car that I loved as much as that one, so I decided to go back and purchase this BMW for $6600 out the door. Drove it home, which was a nice drive and its been running strong. I know a few people put comments on here that they was sold Unsound car, but thats was happens when you buy a used car. Thats why you should get all your used car purchase a preinspection before buying, which I didn`t do too. You just never know what going to happen. It could break down within the next mile or 300,000 miles. Have about 1000 miles on it right now and the radiator expansion tank started leaking, so had to replace that. I know these car has cooling system issues, so will be replacing radiator, waterpump, hoses, and thermostat next month. I was a bite worry about getting my registration tags and title after reading some of the reviews here, but got them all within 3 weeks, so no problems there for me. This is my second BMW and all I can say is unless you have the money to pay to get them fixed or a DIY kind of person like me. Don`t buy it!!!! But if you do I know you will love them as much as me!!!!

I feel angry for having no choice about giving them 1 star. Premium Finance in Costa Mesa is not even worthy of a positive rating what so ever. Purchased a car from them in October and have not recieved registration or title yet and it is february now. The car had a leaking head gasket they didnt inform me about either. So no car for months now and I am unable to sell the piece of crap they sold me to buy another one... view more. Thanks..

The people at Premium Finance took very good care of me. From the minute I stepped on the lot I felt at ease. The salesman was not pushy. He answered all my questions and educated me about every vehicle I looked at. I ended buying a 2002 VW Passat and absolutely love it. It had a few minor blemishes, but what used car doesn`t? I just purchased a car from Premium Financing a couple of months ago and have already had to put near $2,000 into uninformed existing issues the car had. They are incredibly dishonest and corrupt. Steer clear of this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY KNOWINGLY SELL MECHANICALLY UNSOUND CARS TO CUSTOMERS STATING THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership in August of 2011. Two weeks later the check engine light went on and the car started shaking extremely bad. I had to go to my local VW dealership and spent $100 on replacing hoses that were clogged and r... view moreipped. The light then started flashing, meaning the car cannot be driven. We took the car to a trusted mechanic and had to replace the Number 2 cylinder, spark plugs, and a circuit, costing about $450. Then three weeks later the check engine light went back on and the car began to lunge forward, get stuck in first gear, and the engine would revv loudly all at the same time. The car was taken to another mechanic who is a VW specialist and he is currently having to replace a major part of the transmission and the water pump, costing $2,000. This all happened in the 5 weeks I have owned the car, so I am currently without a car while it is being fixed. The car came with a clean car fax and smog certificate, therefore we figured it was a safe car to drive. Little do we know, when you own a dealership you can apparently "make" things happen. Run the other way and do not purchase anything from here! Car was purchased for $7,000 but after the costly repairs it turns out I could have bought a $10,000 car instead!

I just bought a BMW 540 last week and I love it. I got it for a great deal and was well taken care of by the staff at premium. They also helped me purchase a warranty that covers anything and everything that might happen to the car.
