Made me proud to drive my hot little car again!

I`ve been driving for 30 years and I was in my first accident. Being not familiar with the process, my insurance company gave me a list of auto body shops that they recommend. Premier was the first on their list. I checked out different shops websites and read the reviews. I decided to use Premier. Chris made me feel comfortable with the whole process. He called my insurance company and had the rental car servic... view moree waiting for me. The shop was tidy and everyone was friendly. The quote for the work seemed very fair. I asked Chris to give me a quote for some body work unrelated to the accident. I was estatic at the price to do additional work. My car was ready when he said it would be and my car was cleaned and waxed! It looked beautiful! I don`t have a show car so I didn`t get the magnifying glass out to spot any little ity bity imperfections. I was really happy with the outcome. I would go back to Premier and I would tell my friends and family to use this shop for all of their auto body needs. Thanks Chris!!

Quality repairs, Friendly Staff!

Recently, I brought my 2001 325i in to Premier Auto Body of Elk Grove to have some scratches on my rear bumper taken care of. As soon as walked in the door to get an estimate I was greeted by the friendly office staff and was taken care of right away. Excellent service, even the second time around

I always wonder if these reviews are done by people who actually work for the company, so I want to reassure everyone that I really am just another customer. Not only did I NOT get the usual auto-mechanic sleeze-ball hassle that im used to, but for the second time in a row this company went above and beyond what was requested of them. Not only were they able to fix my back panel and bumper, they repainted more than t... view morehey needed to to make it look good as new. My car was on the verge of being totaled from a minor rear ending, but Chris was able to pull some strings to get the repair cost just low enough to be able to fix my car, simply because I asked him to. I`m so glad I selected them!
