Job well done

My Honda civic broke down last weekend and the guys at alliance did an excellent job, I am really thankful that they stayed late after hours to get me back in the road since I had to work the next day very early They got the parts shipped late on the day but they went the extra mile to take care of me

Alliance is my #1 choice

I highly recommend Alliance!!!! I took my car to another auto shop, but their quote for a diagnosis was outrageous plus they said it would take about 2 days just to diagnose. I decided to go to Alliance. I had a great first impression. I couldnt believe how clean it was. It didn`t feel like a greasy auto body shop. I was immediately greeted by Salvador who was really friendly and helpful. He said they could start ... view moreworking on my car at 2:30 that same day and would know what was wrong by the end of the day. Sure enough, he called a little before 5. I was shocked!!! What the competition told me was gonna take 2 days, only took 2.5 hrs. My car was ready the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had detailed my car. I have heard of auto shops taking advantage of woman, but this wasn`t the case...he treated me with respect and didn`t make me feel dumb because I don`t speak car language. Oh, and by the way....He even gave us a delicious slice of red velvet cake :-) yum To all you guys out there....I had a great experience and I`m sure you will too. I hope I never have car problems again, but if I do...I know where I`m going, as long as me and my car are getting excellent service...Alliance is my #1 choice!!!!

Best shop in town!!!!!
