STAY AWAY! BMW Owners Replaced the GOOD and Leave the BAD I took my BMW x5 in to replace the front RIGHT CV boot (dealer recommended), they replace the front LEFT instead. I didn`t know it until I picked up my car. Peter, the manager, told me ""it turns out it was the front LEFT"" 3,500 miles later, I notice there were grease around the front Right wheel, I blamed the auto wash guy and ignored it. 5,100 m... view moreiles later, there was clunking sound while making right turn. I took my car in again I brought the car in and found Right CV boots was destroyed and grease was all over the surrounding area. John, the owner said DEALER MADE mistake and I NEVER MADE mistake so, I?ˆ™ve to pay for the 2nd repair. I compared both repair invoices at European Motor Works: No parts cleaner on the 1st repair but only on the 2nd repair. This tells me that 1st repair: LEFT was fine and no grease to clean. In case you yelp, I found this place from Yelp based on their 4-1/2 stars reviews. Yelp removed my and a couple more 1 star reviews and only leave good reviews which were 2-3 yrs.old. Friend in business told me YELP offered 3 types of membership to business which can REMOVE bad reviews.
