WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They don`t even deserve a star! He made me pay for my tire in advance because he said it was a special order and said it would be there the next day Saturday at 1230 (it was Friday when i went in). I show up at 230 on saturday and when he sees me he walks away and gets on his phone, i instantly knew my tire wasn`t there, ( i also saw it in the back when i walked it) he walked by me and ... view moresat at the computer and i finally asked if it was there he said no that he had been calling the warehouse guy with no answer. I told him i really needed it today and gave him my number and told him to call me as soon as it got there he told me it would be there before they close at 6 and I would have it on. so I leave to go do errands, and at 530 i still hadn`t heard from him so I drive over there, i get there to find the place closed at 545! No call or anything to tell me my tire hadnt come in or they were closing early. I had to call and ask what happen to my tire and why didn`t he call to tell me and he could say is it didn`t get there, that it will be there monday at 10. So i get there Monday morning and my tire is ready to be mounted BUT it wasn`t the same brand as my other tires, i was under the impression it would be the same one, And when i ask him about it he says oh.. u wanted it to match, they didnt have it. then walks away and his worker puts it on and i ask the worker guy what time they normally close sat and he says 6-630 and i then ask what time did u close sat he said 5-515! I will never go back!!! and hope anyone who reads this takes this into consideration when thinking about doing business with them.

This is by far the best tire a...

This is by far the best tire and wheel shop I have been to. The service was great and they had the wheels I wanted. i did not have a long wait which was great. I was in and out of there before I knew it. Highly recommended!!

Worth driving from Selma!! theyre right off the freeway and got a HUGE selection of rims and tires.

I think this is a good company and was surprised on their prices compared to everyone else in Fresno
