Never take your car here! I recieved the worst customer service ever. Alcoa Auto took over Sunrise Auto which went Bankrupt for shady work and they are using the same Mechainics! They will never call you back when they say they will. I had to go down there personally countless of times to see how my car was doing because they would never give me a straight answer. I paid them to rebuild my engine. Six months later a... view morend a bunch of excuses I pulled my car out of there and it wasnt even running. They lost my fuel injector. etc.etc I told them 2 days in advance when I am coming to send the "tow truck" since I got fed up with their service. Took them two hours to re-write up the invoice when checking my car out after. Once you sign that contract and they know they got your money they really dont care. The service managers know nothing about cars and neither do most of the mechanics. They even asked me (the customer) for the air intake routing diagrams? umm Really? Their prices arereally low and they offer a great warranty. but beware and read the fine print. They changed the warranty rules when i picked up the car which was twice as long as when I went in and they wouldnt give me the car unless i signed it. Crooks.

Complete Ripoff

I had the very worst experience with Alcoa and its owner Emerson Vance that I have ever had with any service! They ruined my truck even though I gave them 4 tries to get it right. DON`T TRUST THEM. THEY ARE NOT REAL LICENSED OR REGISTERED MECHANICS. THE WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS.Don`t be fooled by the price. Complete disaster for me.

very bad do not take your car

2 1/2 months 1st engine no goodI and 2nd engine parts missing. Will have to go thru legal action due to response and cost to customer. Illegal warranty practices. Shady.
