I`ve seen what goes on behind the scenes of Rob`s scam and I would advise anyone to stay away. He can`t pay his bills. His bank has become tired of the bounced checks. Everything that goes wrong is everyone elses doing, not his own. Just about every automotive tool that this guy has owned has broke and guess why. As I mentioned previously, Rob blames everyone else, to include firing people (family members included) for his benefit. If a customer proves a mishap on Rob`s behlaf, it will likely be Rob`s doing, but you can bet that someone else on his misfit team will take the blame and likely be fired for a short time until the dust settles. Not many who know of Rob and his practices want to work for or around him. Those who stumble upon him soon find that he is a cowered in a technician`s dirty, unkept shirt. For any of those who are reading this and think that I am an upset customer; well, that`s water under the bridge. I speak the truth and this message is based 100% FACT!

What a Nightmare! Our horror story began 9-2011. We brought my Dad`s Lincoln Town car engine to have it rebuilt. We were told it would take approx 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, Numerous phone calls were made and we kept getting lame reasons and excuses as to why it wasn`t ready. Also, we were told that the original engine was so messed up it had to be replaced with another engine. O f course we thought that meant a town... view more car engine, but they used a Ford Expedition engine without consulting us first. Finally get the engine in FEb 2012. So of course, when we take it to our installer, he has to make numerous modifications to get it to fit which cost us more money. So finally, the engine is insalled and there is a problem with piston 5 not firing properly. The engine is taken back to Ford recycling because we were told there is a warranty on the engine. But when we take it back, Rob says because someone else worked on it the warranty is void. So Never Ever take anything to these people. They are not professional, They have moved recently to a different location the address is 11407 Elks Circle, Rancho Cordova. Let the Customer beware!

I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life!! I was tricked into taking my vehicle here by "apparently" the owners son Brandon, who quoted me the best price in town, and offered to have his tow truck driver pick up my truck and split the cost with me. I had free AAA towing so that wasn`t necessary. He called me back three times before our arrangements were finalized, assuring me that he was clearing ever... view moreything with the owner, Rob. Once the truck was there, the story changed completely! I was told that Brandon had not checked anything with Rob and had severely underbid me. They tried to double the cost! As a result, they said Brandon had been fired. They did in fact honor the quoted price, but kept my vehicle for 2 MONTHS, during which I could rarely get ahold of them. Each time I was told they would call me back with some answers and would never here back. Finally I got my vehicle back and a year later, their work failed. I had my vehicle inspected by my local dealer who concluded that it was infact the repair that Ford Auto and Truck had.done. Thankfully, (I thought) I had a 16 month warranty on the work they did so I called them up. Guess who answered the phone. Brandon. Who once again started rattling off promises. I ignored them, and spoke directly to Rob who agreed to warranty the work. After dropping off the vehicle again, I got a call by Rob 10 mins after leaving stating that it was not their work that had failed. I asked him how he could possibly know that after having the truck for 10 minutes. He said he would have to get it on the rack the following day to be sure. That was 3 weeks ago. I have gotten excuse after excuse as to why my truck has not been seen. One guy tells me its on the rack and they found the problem, another guy tells me they had a problem with another vehicle so mine hasn`t made it on the rack. They always have an excuse as to why Rob can`t come to the phone and when I FINALLY got ahold of him for the first time in TWO weeks, he rudely asked "Are you just gonna call me every hour or what?!" And I said yes, you have avoided me for 2weeks! He promised to call me that evening with the final diagnosis. That was 5 days ago! I`m calling the BBB, Buraeu of Automotive repair and Channel 3 News if I have to! This is unacceptable service!!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! I took my truck to them for a motor rebuild and they ended up FIXING my motor. They said it did not need to be rebuilt, saved me both time and $.. Would recomend them to ANYONE. I have not found anyone in town that knows more about fords than Rob. Give him a call and find out for yourself,

This place is the worst business ive ever been to. They lied to me on the phone when they told me they would give me $650 for my ford ranger, when i got there the owner ROB said that he would only give me $200. His excuse for the lowball? "the guy who gave you that price doesnt work here anymore because of the price he told you, and we wont honor it" Sure, you fired him, dont believe it. then he sol... view mored my truck to someone without transfering the title, now im involved in a lawsuit because MY truck was involved in an accident. I had my motor rebuilt by these guys an can not say enough good things about them!! Rob is a great guy and very honest. It does take a little longer there, but that is because Rob makes sure its done RIGHT! I will recomend them to everyone I know. My truck has never ran better!!!!

DO NOT take your vehicle to this place. They are rude (especially the manager, Brandon), unprofessional, and you may NEVER get your car back. They have had our vehicle for SIX WEEKS now. The estimated time for completion was TEN DAYS! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
