SUPER SERVICE FOR SIMI

I WAS IN A BIND AND NEEDED TIRES IN A RUSH AND CALLED EVERY WHERE, I CALLED JOHN AT TIRE PROS AND WITHIN 45 MINUTES JOHN NOT ONLY FOUND ME TIRES BUT HAD THEM ALL(4) MOUNTED AND BALANCED THANKS TO ALL A MAN IN NEED

Don`t go there for help !!!

This past week I had a nail in my tire. I called and talked to a man who told me if I came over right away the wait would be 15 minutes to fix . I rushed over and was then told it would take more than an hour. Being i need to get back to work , I decided to go back later. I arrived at 4:15 and was told it would take about a half hour. So after an hour I began to get impatient because my car was not done ,and I was... view more the only one in the waiting room. I even told the receptionist that i felt the wait was too long and she agreed with me. To make a long story short finally at 6:10 almost two hours later my car was ready. There were no appologies the man (who I believed to be the owner) said there would be no charge and so I left. Three days later day guess what ? The tire was flat again and I had to call the auto club. They came and there were not one, but two nails in the tire and the auto club man told me a patch was never done. I would never recomend this place to anyone, ever !!!!!!!!
