I have been going to this dealership for over 25 years. In the past two years, I have had continuing problems. Charges for work not done. My latest and worst dealings was with the service manager Greg. My check engine light came on when I was about two miles from home. I made it home but the car overheated. I wasn`t going back to that dealer. Thank goodness, I found good mechanics at C&M Auto. They said I needed t... view morehat I needed a new radiator. I shouldn`t have because First Honda replaced my radiator in February and again in May of 2011. Now I need a third. When I called the service manager at Honda, Greg, he said he would only exchange the radiator and nothing else. Even thought the overheating caused other damage. All he would say is ""I CAN`T, I CAN`T"". There is a big difference between I can`t and I WONT! After 25 years this is there idea of customer service.

Took my wifes car in for an oil change never had a problem ever the next day the high pressure hose for the steering was leaking $710.00 later that was fixed the day it got home the heater hose was leaking ? which was right under the high pressure hose and when I replace that one there was a screw driver hole in the hose because the hole was bigger on the outside than the inside and my number 6 screw drive fit the ho... view morele perfect...I will never go back here never...yea you get in quick you can always get an appt fast WHY no business I wonder why ? warranty ONLY..then leave there. mY neighbor had the same problem they wanted to charge him $2200 for a leaky seal and his 2 year old Honda was stillunder warranty but he bought in TO..this place will screw you big time he took it to TO no leak and no charge...
