Reviews:

Top Notch
Three letters ""WOW"". Service like this is hard to find. I am amazed how I have been taken care of. But that`s not why I am writing this review. It`s because the great job they did to my car, restoring it to the same state as it was before. I thought it would be impossible to fix because the damage was on the side passanger door and its mechanical, electrical parts. I have a van with automated sliding passenge... view morer doors. But I am just amazed at the quality. They showed me the little mechanical parts that needed to be replaced. I would imagine that`s such-a pain to fix. Also would like to point out about Archie, the manager I think. He was very professional, very sharp, and nice. I highly recommend these guys.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. It`s a lot to get through.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. It`s a lot to get through but it might save you some headaches. I am going to just list the facts and let you judge. Needless to say I was ripped-off, but I leave it to you to judge and decide if you wish to take a chance with them. A gentlemen greeted me. I let him know I was sent by another who ""thought"" he was treated well and honestly by Pristine. I was then quoted prices for the... view more install of various performance parts. I had some holiday money left over to spend, so I was treating myself. :) Seeing that it seemed like a good deal and I am rather ignorant of the topic (like many of us are), I put my trust in the shop to do me right. After-all, with so many positive YELP reviews and a recommendation from a friend who had his car serviced there, how could I not accept? I was told to come back 3-days later. To my surprise I was called the very next afternoon that my car was done! That was pretty cool! I arrive and instantly notice one thing already not done that was promised. A simple car wash. They said they were busy and me not being a hard-ass let that one go. They even gave me a coupon to get it washed for free around the corner. That was cool too. So I looked over the car, fired it up and all seemed well. I was told that one part sounded like it might be a bit noisy. However I was assured that everything was okay and that it was just a noisy part. Again, I am clueless, I place my trust in the mechanic. I paid and left. I did notice I was only given a receipt for one of the parts, but they said everything was in the computer and not to worry. While bragging to my friends about my ""mods"" I had a closer look at the work done. I noticed some rather shocking clues that it actually looked like the parts I had installed, we`re not! Upon closer examination, it was completely and plainly obvious the parts we`re still of the ""stock"" nature. They were covered in dirt, no tool marks where a mechanic would have left some. Even to my untrained eye it was clear-as-day. I won`t get in to the items specifically as it will all be Greek to most of you as it is to me. The evidence of no tool marks, no new part numbers on the items, hell even the dirt and grime was left undisturbed. I PAID FOR ITEMS AND THEY WERE NOT ON THE CAR. Then it got....worse. Fearing the noise I was hearing might now be something of a concern I had my ""specialist"" mechanic examine it. He then told me something was seriously wrong with it. He was stunned Pristine let me leave with the car in that condition. It was installed wrong. At first I was happy to see that at least SOME of the items I paid for were installed, even if wrong. (*sigh*) Turns out as part of the botched install, parts were in-fact *missing* from this critical area too! I then looked up the prices for the items that were installed--hooboy! The top-end part that I paid for was not even close to the prices I found online. And folks, I don`t mean those slightly cheaper internet prices, this was HUGE. The actual parts that were installed were 1/5th the price from most vendors! I paid FIVES TIMES MORE! Turns out the main reason for the huge price gap is because the parts installed were NOT top-end at all. They were the basic parts. But I was told and *charged* for the top-end. So as you can see I experienced what we all dread. The classic ""repair shop scam."" Thing is I was too uneducated to know the difference. With so many positive YELP reviews I sadly wonder if some of you have been ""taken"" too and not know it. I am not some crazy internet person. I am a normal guy like anyone else. Some one who has to trust others` reviews and the rep of the shop. I have learned my lesson, spent over a grand on bogus parts and fixing the mistakes. From now on I will EDUCATE MYSELF. You should too.

Best Place For Your Car!
Pristine Auto and veryone who works are wonderful!! Aram, the owner, is so great, and Archie too. -- I have been going there for years and will never go anywhere else. They are extremely accomodating and go above and beyond to help, my expectationa are not just met, they are always exceded. I can`t say enough good things about them! Since I have been going there they have grown and moved locations 3 times! Their cur... view morerent location is amazing, convenient, spacious, clean, comfortable.
I took my car in last week to see what they could do about a few scratches I had. Not only did they get the job done quickly, it looked great, and they did more than I thought they we going to. :)
Everytime someone tells me about their cars troubles I immediately tell them to go to Prisitne, and they are always so happy with the outcome. They are honest, so nice, and have the best prices.

The absolute best auto body repair shop I`ve ever dealt with
This is the very best full service auto repair shop in Los Angeles hands down, possibly in all of Southern California. The owner, Aram, is one of the loveliest, helpful and honest individuals I`ve met and his business partner Archie is also. They`re the kind of people you wish were your good friends. I`ve had some bad experiences in dealing with auto repair shops and didn`t expect to be positively blown away like ... view morethis with their nothing short of spectacular service and skill at what they do, not to mention that they fixed my MINI at half the price other repair shops had quoted me (I paid roughly $600.00 for a $1200.00 job), with literally flawless results and top shelf parts and paint job. If I could only recommend one business out of all the good ones I`ve had the pleasure to deal with, these guys would be it. Everyone should experience Pristine Autoshop at least once - they make having car problems something to look forward to; a real joy. Thank you Aram and Archie for being so amazingly awesome!
