Take photos of your car first!

We are here at Tip Top to pick up our BMW which received some minor body work and paint touch up. The work may be okay but I`m furious that the owner is claiming that two of our BMW hubcaps and one tire air cap were missing when we brought the car in. It`s impossible! My husband and I walked around the car together when we dropped it off and noted every tiny scratch. I don`t know if this is a deliberate act on his pa... view morert or if a guy on his team took them before he photographed the car, but this is inexcusable. Take photos after you arrive and get his agreement that your car is whole before leaving your car in their care. As I was writing this he came out to apologize and he`s going to replace each missing item (my husband must have been very firm with him), but I`ve lost my faith in their integrity.
