I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. The address online was their old address, so I showed up at the wrong location. Frustrated and annoyed, I went to a glass place (Capital Glass) that was down the street. Since they quoted $100 less than Mike`s Mobile Glass, I had them fix it. I called Mike`s and cancelled my appt.

Within 15 minutes, I received SIX calls from someone at Mike`s Mobile glass (man... view more with a thick accent, owner perhaps?) CUSSING AND SCREAMING at me for not keeping my appointment. I stopped answering, but he left me 3 voicemails telling me to ""F"" off and called me a... female dog.

I wouldn`t even recommend this place to my enemies.

Not many things in sacramento area are as advertised, or branded. MIKES MOBILE GLASS is definitely on that shortlist of businesses that deliver as promised.

I had to deal with a cracked windshield because it was making me crosseyed, trying to focus on the road. Unfortunately, I was out of town until a Sunday. I was very impressed to find MIKES MOBILE Glass not only open on a SATURDAY , but open early. I called them at 9am to learn that they had the glass I needed in stock. $190 out the door, and I was out of there in about 45 minutes.

The installation look great. No frills establishment, but the money I saved, I bought myself a bunch of lattes and cheesecakes afterwards. The gentleman I dealt with (CHRIS ) was very professional and courteous, and they gave me followup directions as well. Great find!

i think c2c is a company thats doing the right thing i like most people had windshield damage and did not know about the fl laws a woman from c2c approached me told me about MIKES MOBILE GLASS and told me with comprehensive coverage it would be taken care of i had no idea so i called my agent witch was a friend and he confirmed it so we called my ins company it was done at my work 2 days later the have really good cu... view morestomer service they use a company called pilkington glass when i asked my friend / agent about the glass my insurance comp would use he told me that c2c glass was better quality. i read some of these comments and a lot are from the people that work for the insurance company they know that c2c is costing them a lot of money no other company goes to the people. i read the warranty there has been no leaks i am satisfied with the work and will reccomend them to everyone with windshield damage. i just hope that the people who read these negitive peoples comments can see that every buisness has some idiot customers you cant judge a buisness by what there competition has wrote.I will use mikes mobile glass if i needed there service and i will highly recommend them to every body i know , and they waved my $$50.00 can any one tell me how can i beet that free glass and mobile service ,,, lamboooo

I had a windshield replaced last week. My insurance company, Farmers, referred me, to MIKES MOBILE GLASSS and based on my results, I`d recommend these guys. I took an appointment at their shop rather than the mobile option where they come to my work parking isn`t easily accessable. I arrived at the shop on time, my car was being worked on 10 minutes later, and was finished 45 minutes after that. Finished windshield and trim all look clean and tight.i can say one thing mike mobile did a great out standing job from the time i got on the phone until the work was all done , so i can say am a very satisfied customer .....

I hate car repairs, body shops, and all potential swindling opportunities. But the crack in my windshield was not getting any smaller and I had to take care of it. Bill is unbelievably kind and genuine, and they fixed the windshield within a few hours despite the rainstorm. I wouldn`t go anywhere else ,,,, THANK YOU MIKES MOBILE GLASS , That was fast and great job,,......

My car was broken into (again) and instead of jimmying the door open like all the previous (and apparently far more adept) thieves, they smashed open two of the windows. I`m betting they had fat arms and couldn`t reach through the quarter window, so they had to break a bigger one too. Oh they didn`t steal my car`s speakers or radio because when my car was stolen the last time, they took the radio and replaced it with... view more a tape deck.
I digress, originally I was told it would be the next day before they could fix the windows, but they ended up having a opening the day of. The guy came to my work, was super nice and finished up the job quickly. He vacuumed all the glass out of my car and cleaned all the windows. Certainly was nice to have things taken care of so quickly and well.

my wife called mikes mbile glass to replace our front glass on my birthday for my jeep ( it was my gift from her) so i didnt know any thing about this they came to my work as they arranged with my wife did a great service clean job good price . THANX MIKES MOBILE GLASS they r the best

I own a 2006 Mercedez Benz C230, it`s not the cheapest window for my vehicle and Mike`s Mobile Glass offered me the best price. I called other mobile service company`s. Mike`s Mobile Glass has best prices and great customer service. I`m very satisfied with their work. I definetly recommend their service.
