I have been meaning to write this for a LONG time, but life has gotten in the way. In October 2011, my husband and I had our second baby on the way and needed a family car QUICK! We had done a lot of research online before going anywhere. Quality Car Connection had quite a few of the vehicles we were interested in. They sales guys were nice and did not pressure us. They let us test drive (with our car seat and to... view moreddler) multiple vehicles without the rundown on each car. When we decided which one we wanted, they were upfront about the process details, and fees. Within a week of purchasing our Volvo, a critical error popped up on the dashboard and the (automatic) transmission continued to stall and fail. Upon calling the office, they immediately referred us to their mechanic and resolved the issue with no charge to us. I would recommend them to ANYONE! I would also recommend that anyone do research about what you want/need BEFORE going ANYWHERE!!!

Mike & Jeff and all the staff care tremendously for their customers so Mike did not rest till he found me a car to give me, yes give me no payments, no cost.
