Great Service!

My friend has been a customer at Escutia`s for several years and told me to come here. When my car would not start, even after my roadside service came to jump it, I had it towed to Escutia`s. Right as I walked up to Gabe, I let him know that my friend told me about him. He knew exactly who I was talking about. My friend spoke very highly of Gabe and his crew. And now I will do the same. He called as soon as my car was finished and I told him I would be there in 10-15min as I was going to be walking. He again offered to give me a ride. I am from Hawaii and my mom had just sent me a box of goodies that I decided to share with Gabe and his crew as I am really thankful for their great service! If you want a shop that gives you the best customer service and go beyond to help you save some money, go to Escutia`s Repair Shop in Union City. A shopping plaza is not even a mile away, makes your waiting time go by faster!

GOOD WORK, FAIR PRICE

I took my car here by mistake. My son was actually recommending a different shop. I thought it was this one. Escutia`s fixed my a/c and gave me a tune up for a very good price. The work was done very well. I would take my car back to him. He does little extra things for free. He told me that I needed windshield wipers and if I brought them to him, he would put them on for free. Very few shops do anything for f... view moreree. He learned to do business the old fashion way, which he learned from his father. It`s not even a gang violence place. Little missy down below acts like there is something wrong with american cars.
