Amazing Job! Super great people!
I moved to Los Angeles from a small town in Iowa two years ago. Since then I have had my car broken into twice and both time I have taken my car to C&L. It was highly recommended to me and the recommendation was well deserved. They quoted me a fair price and the work they did was great! They also took the time to clean up the car afterward. Awesome Service....Great People!

I went there to have my honda repaired after someone scraped the back bumper and side panel. this was my first time dealing with kind of situation. Sergio explained everything to me in great detail. i was very impressed I didint need to look around I knew that was where I wanted my car fixed. Terrible experience at C&L
I came to this place to get the front bumper on my Lexus repainted due to all the little rock chips that had accumulated over time. Also wanted the dings taken out of my rear quarter panels from all the snot nosed kids in their Tahoes/Suburbans opening their doors onto my car. Sergio speaks highly of what they can do and promises the world. He told me he has a paintless dent repair guy that comes in and will take ... view morethe dents out. I think he used the word ""magician"" to describe his level of quality.

So I leave my car with him and he gives me a loaner. Cool! Unfortunately, the loaner`s rear view mirror had fallen off and I couldn`t see behind me. Blinker wasn`t working also.

So I get a call that my car can be ready around closing time. I said I wouldn`t be able to pick it up that day due to work, so take your time, do a good job and I`ll pick it up the next day around noon. I call to verify the next day and Sergio tells me to come around 4pm. I come at that time and he tells me it`s not ready yet. He waits until it`s dark to pull my car up front. I have him park it in front of their one light bulb and I can already see the paint didn`t match. I also find a 2.5 inch crease on the right rear quarter panel in place of where the dents were taken out. Sergio was full of excuses now. No longer is he and his shop the best thing since sliced bread. He said it was dark and I shouldn`t judge the paint by the light bulb. He said paintless dent repair is not a perfect art. What??? I thought you said the guy was a ""magician""? Long story short, I have to talk to the lady who supposedly is the boss and I agree to bring the car back the next day under day light. I do, and Sergio didn`t make any kind of argument. He didn`t even look at the paint. He just came out to my car with a clipboard to sign my car in. I think he knew all along the paint didn`t match and that`s why he shuffled his feet and waited until it was dark to bring my car out.

So you think I get my car back and they fix the mismatched paint on my bumper and all is well? Heck no! They went and painted my whole hood and front quarter panels to match the paint they put onto my front bumper. Now I have mismatched paint at the point my doors meet the front end.

This kind of service is absolutely ridiculous and should not be accepted. I, on the other hand, was so fed up with Sergio and all his BS, I didn`t want to ever see him again, and would rather spread the word as to his antics

I took my Toyota in after getting hit by my neighbor. I was told to go there by a fellow firefighter. I sent my wife with the car and they explained how they could help us mediate so we could still keep a friendly relationship with the neighbor who hit us. I told them I was going to C&L and that was it. Well they fixed the car it looks great. The color match was my biggest concern but it was great, couldn?ˆ™t tell where they stopped painting. When I went to pick up my car I ran into my neighbor dropping off his car. He also heard about C&L from a Neighbor (me) and decided not to go where the insurance told him to go. In closing C&L did great by me and my family and I will recommend them where ever I can .

great job !!
My Cadillac truck got a dent without scratches but would cost more than $800.00 to replace. C & L saved me over $600.00 by removing the dent without having to replace the entire rear fender. C & L did a wonderful job and the staff are honest and friendly and professional. I have been a C & L customer for more than 15 years and their friendly and expert service has not changed at all.

My wife and I consider C and L to have the best service in the San Gabriel Valley. We used them years ago and were tremendously satisfied with their service back then. When my wife got into her accident, Mercury referred us to a couple of other body shops, when we had called them , we began a quick road to chaos. We could not believe the hassle and lack of customer service these companies were giving us; it was evide... view morent that we were a burden and our requests were being ignored. We became immediately frustrated in an already frustrating situation. I remembered C and L and the service they gave us in the past and I reminded my wife of our previous experiences with C and L. The moment we made the first call, their sincere desire to help us expeditiously was quite evident. They went way above the call of duty as they had done in the past and it is so refreshing especially in the times we are living in right now where customer service has become a thing of the past. We too provide a service as our profession and we understand the importance of customer service. I am proud to see that there are other companies out therewho are courteous and genuine. I definitely recommend C and L to whomever may need help in an auto accident or any other auto related situation!!

Do NOT go to C&L Auto Body if you want any level of customer satisfaction!!!

C & L Auto Body in Arcadia DAMAGED my car. I brought my Integra in to have the paint job repaired in order to get my car sale-ready after a few scrapes. When I returned to pick it up the main area that was damaged (the front) looked great. However, to my horror, they create a huge blemish on the back bumper of the car that had not bee... view moren there before. It looked like someone had gone at it with an off-colored silver paint brush and let it dry with dirty bubbles and condensation trapped under the paint. Smooth-talking Sergio (don`t fall for it!!!) and (Maurice?) tried to argue even though they caused the damage (in what they claimed was the polishing process, they were not responsible. Now I`m stuck with a new problem and no further money to spend repairing a problem that wasn`t there to begin with. I will not be able to sell my car for as much as I would have if I had gone to a different place. Everyone who has seen it has the same reaction - it looks bad. No one can believe an auto body shop that is supposed to make your car look better would force someone (with threats) to take a car home with new damage. Most of the money I put into the front of the car will be lost with the new damage to the back of the car. Any buyers who come to look at will see it as a car that needs a completely new paint job.

My mom and I simply asked that they fix the damaged they caused to my car. We did not want any drama. They argued with my mom and I for an hour and made it sound like because we were women we are too stupid to understand what they did. At one point Sergio, even said to my mother, ""Where is your husband?"" as if she wasn`t capable of understanding their ridiculous claims. They accused us of wanting a free paint job (we paid $600!) They wanted us to pay $300 more to fix their mistake! They tried every slippery approach to weasel their way out of their responsibility. (Watch their contract - they threatened to start charging us fees and take a lien against the car.) Even though our lawyer advised us not to pay, we found C & L so unscrupulous, we did not know what they would do. They even tried to intimidate us by driving my car out of the parking lot while we sat in my mom`s car discussing what to do. It was this big show to tell us they had the car and the power.

I will be contacting the BBB and report them to state consumer agencies. I may even pursue legal action to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future. Do NOT go to C & L!!!

ROYAL TREATMENT!!
Go to C & L !!!!!! Unfortunately I had gottoen into my second accident and was searching for a decent repair shop to take my Mercedes. I went to two other shops, an it didnt seem right, when I got to C and L they treated me like family!
