Perfect Experience - Very Happy
I visited San Rafael Mitsubishi shopping for a convertible I saw on their web site. The staff was very helpful and friendly and showed me several other options more suited to my interests. We worked out a nice deal quickly and I got the perfect car. The finance guy really got me an excellent rate. They tossed in a free detail and stain guard treatment - after I had signed the papers! Emailed the dealer to offer cash on a vehicle. Mike called and was extremely rude to me! And on top of that he made smart comments via email after I told him how he had disrespected me! They promise of a nice experience but what I got was nowhere close to being nice. If they treat cash customers like this then I feel sorry for people that need financing. Deserving a Great review. 6 Months and still happy
Just moved here to the Bay. Found a great price on a used car. Very friendly, family owned and you can feel it. Still love the car 6months in. Just went in for a standard service and they remember me by name.
My wife bought a second car from a bigger dealer, Toyota of Marin, across the way a couple months ago. Total lemon. Shady management. Big mistake.
