The people were pleasant.

Everything was good. They were quick, and the service was good. They gave me a printout of everything that was wrong with the car. The place was clean. They had complimentary coffee. The people were pleasant.

I like the fact that they keep the service within ten minutes. Even when there is a wait, they manage to get to you right away. I used to be a Jiffy Lube member until it closed down, but I now like Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change more.

I didn`t have to wait very long.

I liked their efficiency and knowledge, as far as the fluids and things. They were really honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. Their timing was great. I didn`t have to wait very long. The discount cards they sent us really helped.

Quick, fast, easy oil change . . . that`s it!!

I don`t hate this place at all. I`ve been going there since 2002. They try to sell you some other things, but all you have to say is `NO!` They put in some new wiper blades for me and it didn`t cost much. Overall, I can`t complain about their services. They`ve been around for a long time, so they must be doing something right, Quick, fast, easy oil change . . . that`s it!!
