We`ve used Charlie`s a couple of times and are completely satisfied. The other reviewer must be their competition. Charlie`s is known for their great work and competitive prices. They had us in and out in a very reasonable timeframe. We were unfamiliar with collision repair when we moved to Searcy 10 years ago. Everyone recommended Charlie`s.

Do not take your car to Charlie`s Auto Paint & Body shop. They do horrilbe work, their paint job looks awful, they paint dirt into your car, they are dishonest, and they yell at customers. They do not honor their warranty and this was my biggest regret was using this company. If you want your car done right with people who care, Charlie`s is not the place to go to. I chose Charlie`s Auto & Paint for a couple of reasons...my insurance company has them listed as a select vendor and the employee I first talked to you was nice and went over everything with me.
Once I got my car back after the repairs it was horrible. The paint job was wavy and had dirt painted into it. There were scratches that should have been fixed, they also adjusted the seal around the window, which was not... view more on right and the employee told us his guys did not adjust it right, after taking it back they said they fixed but they didn`t cuz my car flooded twice. They now are claiming they never touched the seal. They yell at customers but are so nice to the insurance agent. They are rude and do not honor their warranty. There suggestion for the water damage in my car, which they caused, was to find a good detail shop and pay them to get the water out. They also claim customer was dishonest with him, trying to screw them over cuz they should have been given the insurance estimate up front, had the manager checked my file and talked to the sales guys he would have seen they had the paperwork from day one. His comment well, i don`t know why we didn`t do what insurance recommended. After 5 times taking car back the paint job is terrible and now i have water damage in my car. Charlie`s is a horrible, shady business and I would stay away from them.
