These people have no concept of time.

I called these people at 12:30pm, and was told that they would arrive within the hour to install a windsheild. I called again at 2:00, 3:30, 4:00.... and they had not arrived by 530pm. This tells me that not only do they not have any concept of time, but they dont even care if you have to take several days off of work in order for them to get your job done.
