My air conditioning was making a nasty noise and the air wouldn`t blow hard so I brought it down to AZ Auto Air and they had it fixed within a couple of hours for a reasonable price! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST! They checked the whole system and let me know that I had one more issue but that it could wait. I will definitely go to them in the next few weeks to get that done too! GREAT SERVICE!

As we all know going to an automotive shop is a risky adventure at best. Too many times I have gone for an oil change only to "learn" that my vehicle "needs" some major work. I actually had one of the chain outfits tell me I needed brakes when I had them done 2 weeks earlier! Steve and his crew are honest straight shooters. I`ve never had a more pleasant experience when dealing with an auto repair. I had one place tell me that the hoses alone for my AC repair would be $400. Then, of course, I still had to pay labor, etc. Steve`s had my car ready in an hour and the bill totaled $338. If I have any other car problems, I will be heading straight back here.

I have known Steve for 9 years and his A/C shop has done all of my work in that time. He has a 2 full time mechanics that do general auto repairs. We recently moved from out-of-state and searched the internet for a local shop to inspect and repair our A/C on our Suburban and found that AZ Auto Air advertised a FREE A/C inspection. Although they typically do not take appointments (except for Saturdays), we did not have long of a wait. A thorough diagnostic evaluation showed that we needed to replace a condenser that would have cost around $800, but Steve sugge... view morested a more affordable option of replacing a small part that still gave us acceptable results. Normally, we`d have to wait for parts to be ordered, but because this place specializes in A/C, they had the parts that were needed. We were very pleased with the exceptional and honest service we received, as well as the affordable cost of repair. Additionally, we paid by cash instead of credit/debit and received an additional discount. We have an appointment with them on Monday to have routine maintenance services that they offer, as well.
