I`m a retired nurse on a fixed income, I didnt even think I would be approved especially with my payment limitations, Anthony at Liberty sold me a nice Ford Taurus and its been a fine car, I`m very happy with them especially since they have been servicing the car and several little issues that one would expect with a used car that I was willing to take care of they just did it for me at no charge, it`s been a year no... view morew, and I have paid less then $200 for the entire year to maintain the car, I really appreciate thier efforts and patience with me. They are a Blessing

But the guys at Liberty really walked me though the entire process and did a fantastic job, they even went the extra step when I lost my key while shopping in Casa Grande on a Sunday at the outlet malls, my sales person "Anthony" drove all the way down with a spare set they had in my file and saved me from a $300 charge that the locksmiths wanted. I would recommend that if you?ˆ™re considering buying a used car that you give them a shot they will not let you down, especially if you have nobody to count on, they will be there for you

Dishonest

I called about a truck that was on their website. David was very nice. He asked what my down payment would be. I told him probably between $500-1000. He told me no problem and could get me into the truck I was interested in. Sounded great. A few hours later, I called back and spoke with Anthony to get some info about an SUV. The very first thing he said was that this was a high down payment vehicle. I said that I was... view more better off going with the truck since I could get in for less. He immediately told me that David had not told me the truth and I would need at least $2500 down. Now I feel like I was lied to just to get me there. I know they have an A+ BBB rating but for those who don`t know, that doesn`t mean anything. Companies pay the BBB to be listed. (I know because I owned a business and they tried to sell me on listing with them). I see that they have some decent reviews but now I am worried about getting a vehicle from them if I was mislead before even stepping foot on the lot.
