I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius for my daughter from Desert Autoplex. I worked with Lorenda and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. There was no pressure and I liked how they let me test drive the car alone without any selling during the drive. Pleased

We purchased a used car here a year ago and were extremely pleased! At first, we were a little skeptical because it`s a small used car lot, but we were dealt with very honestly by the salesperson and manager. The car was in fantastic shape, but just to be sure, they let us take it to our mechanic. They said we could take the car on our own, and be gone as long as we needed. the best RV buying experience

Absolutely the best RV buying experience I`ve ever been involved with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They were very easy to deal with and came through on everything they told me they would do. I did the deal over the phone and would not hesitate to do it again. Worst Customer Service Experience!

This dealership has the worst customer service, is not organized. I purchased a boat from them in February. 5 months later, and I am still having trouble getting my registration with the Department of Motor Vehicle because Desert Autoplex failed to fill out the title correctly. You`d think a business that has been selling for years would know how to fill out a title correctly by now. Even when it came to dealing with the manager, who was just as rude as the rest of the employees who answered our calls. No one knew how to answer our questions or get us the help we needed. Terrible! Will never recommend them, nor buy from them again!
