I would not go to them. They rush you through everything. The salesman we had was extremely rude with us. We had 7k to spend on a car but told him we were not purchasing until a couple of weeks (we had the money but we don`t like being rushed into buying). We asked if we could test drive the car and he told us that the car was in service. It is never a good idea to buy from someone who is rushing you into a purchase. It often means there are details they wish for you to overlook. This is my second time at SKCO and my last. The first time they had a car they were rushing us to buy and then they told us they would have to put it for repair and it wouldn`t take long at all. They missed out on a sale because of their tactics.

Great place to buy!!

My family has purchased 3 vehicles from SKCO this year and have found them to be professional and friendly. We have shopped all over and still come back to skco to get the best deal. To the last comment or bad review you are the liar! I also shop on Craigslist and that does not happen. You must have bad credit and be a disgruntle customer that wants something you can`t afford that you probably won`t pay for anyway.... view more I don`t believe that any salesperson would chase after you and 2nd why would you continue to revisit the place if they were so bad. If you are going to waste time to post a bad review, why not just call BBB is it because your a liar? You know if they see your ad they can sue you for slander then you going to have to pay them the money you didn`t have to buy the car in the first place. SKCO posts false ads on Craigs...

SKCO posts false ads on Craigslist. We have found 3 different vehicles on Craigslist. As soon as they were posted, we went up there and were told every time that they were "sold about a week ago" when the ads were posted that day. They are obvious scams to persuade you to visit the dealership. The craigslist ads link directly to their website. During the conversation we threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau, and after the guy regained his "cool" he came running after us telling us that maybe somebody else is posting them (the only excuse I guess he could come up with to not look as much like a scamming used car dealer crook) after they were "sold about a week ago" 5 minutes earlier. Also, we have been looking for a car for my stepson for awhile trying to stay under a set price limit and when we got there were told that they had nothing in that price limit when we had seen at least 5 vehicles posted on Craigslist in that price bracket in the last 2 days. They are complete liars, and I would not recommend doing business with them. Everyone knows that most used car sales people are liars, but SKCO takes the cake. These people definitely don`t have any integrity.

Great Service, friendly folks, perfect price for Used Cars. For the negative review, I don`t buy it! 1) management will not say no to gas money, cause they don`t want their vehicle sitting on the side of the road. They want u to drive it and try it out. 2) The cars and trucks have already been detailed, I never sat in one that wasn`t clean. You can take as long as you like to read the contracts. No one mislead you on much you they paid for the trade..don`t believe they paid u later. Sounds to far fetched.

Love My Car

Bought my car in September 2011, great price! Under NADA (I checked) Bruce the manage was very nice and gave me everything I ask for and gave me way to much for my old clunker. I will deff do business with SKCO again. They also gave me free oil change coupon to use in their service dept. Thanks Again

We bought a car from SKCO in 2006 and got a very nice vehicle and great service so we decided to go back this year, 2011, in June to look for a different vehicle. This was our first time buying on our own without a co-signer and were pretty new to the experience and SKCO rushed us through the whole process. When we test drove the truck the owner wouldn`t give our salesman any gas money so we could only drive it up th... view moree road and back. They offered to pay off a lean we had on our current vehicle and add it to our bill, which we thought was nice. We told them that we only owed abouy $700 buty they told us they were just going to pay $1000 to the loan company so we figured we could get the left over money from the loan company, when we called them they said SKCO had called and paid the exact amount we owed. SKCO was not going to call us and give us the $280 that they owed us, we called all week and got the run around until finally my husband had to get in touch with someone he knew there to get anywhere. We dinally got them to cut us a check and when I went to get it was not treated very nice. I cannot believe they were just going to keep our money! Also, I went to get the truck detailed and looked at because there were some problems, they looked at my truck and then called me at the end of the day to get my truck and when I got there and got inside it wasn`t even detailed. I was so sick of dealing with them I just left. It`s now only July and we have had so many problems with this truck...it was certified pro-owned and had gotten their 10 point inspection..yeah right...it`s ridiculous that they aren`t making sure people drive off the lot with a reliable vehicle and are hard to deal with. We will never go back. A new car/truck note is a big commitment and they didn`t have our best intrests at heart they just wanted to sell a car and get us out of their hair.

Car shopping experience

In 2008 I bought a car from SKCO Automotive. This year I decided to upgrade and remembering what a pleasant buying experience I had there I decided to go back. I am glad I did because I found exactly what I wanted and paid so much less then I imagined I would. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable doing business there. I will purchase from them again.
