I went to F and S Auto because this family was a friend of my Sister in Law. My Sister in Law went with me. We both felt that we could trust Mike. At one point in our discussions about the car he even made the comment?ˆ¦ ?ˆ?You have to trust my word. I am not going to sit here and lie to you and then get up in the pulpit on Sunday.?ˆ? Well we purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue, supposedly, with a 6 month warranty. We paid c... view moreash for this car. He even said if it broke down during the warranty he would get us a rental car. Marco, his son is the one that did the ?ˆ?signing of the papers?ˆ?. Of course now so much time has passed I have run out of time to even try to use Arbitration. There was a paper that is called an ?ˆ?Arbitration Agreement?ˆ? It was not explained well at all and I did not realize this would take away my right to sue if he did not keep his word. This was on August 29, 2011. They said they had to mail the title to the State of TN. When they did, they didn?ˆ™t even put our names on it. In fact not only had Mike not signed it over to us, he had never signed from where he purchased it from a dealership in Toney, AL 35773. The info is actual is very difficult to read on the title. Therefore the State did not even know who it belonged to. It was finally figured out when my husband called looking for the title on October 6, 2011. The State received the title on Sept 12, 2011. They called F & S Auto on Sept. 13, and 14, 2011 and left a message that they needed to speak with them about the title. F & S. never returned their call. The title was then sent back to F & S Auto for them to fill it out properly. The title was finally sent back with the correct information to the State of Tennessee. It was received on October 14, 2011, but by that time the transmission had gone out on the car. We couldn?ˆ™t get the title because we couldn?ˆ™t drive the car to go thru the Marta testing. The State of TN will not give a title without going thru Marta first. In the mean time, after the transmission went out on the car, we contacted F & S. Auto/Mike Jones. I don?ˆ™t know how many times we were told that he would be calling back and he never called. I went by F & S. Auto when I was in Alabama and asked to see Mike. Supposedly he was out but they got him on the phone for me. We talked and he asked if we could drive it to a Saturn Dealer to be evaluated and I told him that it was not drivable. He said he would get in touch with his tow truck guy that is in the Opryland area so that he could tow it to a dealer so that we could find out exactly what was wrong with it. He asked me to give his son, Marco, the information when I got off of the phone. Marco gave me paper and pen and I wrote down our home phone number, my husband?ˆ™s cell phone and email address so that arrangements could be made. Neither Mike Jones nor a tow truck driver ever made contact!!! In fact he never called until he got a letter from our attorney, and when he called he said ?ˆ?Your lawyer doesn?ˆ™t scare me.?ˆ? We have written a number of letters to Mike Jones at F & S and have received absolutely no response. We even asked him to mail the title to my Mother in Laws home there in Luverne, Alabama and he did not respond in any way. We have tried to resolve this issue for two years with Mike Jones. Obviously, he has absolutely no interest in working anything out. At this point we are notifying anyone that is willing to listen about this Crook!! We are hoping that the State of Alabama will step in and force this company to make restitution. To this day the car has been sitting in our next door neighbor?ˆ™s driveway due to space issues and the fact that the transmission has been out all this time.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone...I bought a car from this dealer and have had problems from day1. He has made promises and did not own up to them in regards to repairing the car or trading for another car. He fabricated the truth and his word is not his bond! The people that work their are family members and they are very unprofessional; cursing in the waiting area, lying on the phone to customers, ... view morepersonal phone conversations about customers at the dealership...awful! The owner even attempted to strike me because I spoke about the unprofessionalism. I do not recommend anyone to patronize his business as the funds to start the business was supposely ill gotten! Beware of the high prices of the cars that he buys from auctions and then at every attempt to steal them back!

this is the place you want to go to buy a used car if you cant put down a huge down payment or cant get financed else where! the cars are in good condition and great great people work there! :) i am very happy with my car and will be going back to get another one and have recommended this place to everyone i know!
