In Nov 2011, My credit was bad I had just moved to Huntsville, started a new job, I really was sure I could get anything. But when I went to Affordable they assured me that I could get a car,& rebuild my credit. I got a 2007 Jeep Loved it. Unfortunately, this site does not allow for zero stars otherwise I would have given zero. My experience was beyond horrible with this place. I test drove a car and it drove perfect. Checked under the hood and it was fine. I went through with the purchase process and they said they needed to hold the car to install a GPS device since it was a credit repair program. Fair enough. I got the car back and drove it home... view more. On the way home it was driving a little funny, so I called the next day and brought it back to them. They held the vehicle for a few days and said it was some "sensors". Well it definitely wasn`t sensors. It was the transmission. I battled back & forth and tried to simply get a refund or trade for a different vehicle, but I was not successful. Bottom line is that these people do not care about anything but putting money in their pocket. As a business management grad, I learned first and foremost the key to a successful business is customer satisfaction, which is something this company does not care about. I am now just getting above water financially from this situation 3 years later. Several thousands of dollars later. DO NOT BUY HERE.

BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE OR ELSE !!! Their cars are mostly mechanical nightmares, and if anything goes wrong with the financing, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DOWN PAYMENT!. The owner really is the epitome of a used car dealer, greasy is being kind. He will yell and talk down to you just like the other review says. They might even have GPS trackers on all of their cars too, so BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Went with my son to get him a car to take with him to UA. They false advertised on their financing requirements but that is not the main problem. They told us we were financed and took my sons $3500 and let him leave in the car. The financing did not go through and so he took the car back, but they kept the $3500 saying it was nonrefundable!!! Are you kidding me? It is fraud not to... view more give back the down payment. They never told my son or me that it was nonrefundable nor was it put in writing anywhere. So, beware, they will change info on your application and lie straight to your face to get your large down payment. Bottom line they will keep the car and the large down payment! If you try to argue the point the owner screams at you to get off his property like a lunatic. CROOKS! If you deal with them be ready to get a lawyer.
