So I had a overall good experience although they timing were off lol. I was a little mad this morning until the towing man show up this morning after coming to my house to pick my car up since last Thursday. The customer service rep people We`re all nice and understanding. They are very loyal to there company and work. The towing man was nice also. Thanks Rusty for taking my car off my hands!!

This service was wonderful!! I called Tuesday and by the time they dealt with all of my craziness, lol, they came and picked my car up Thursday afternoon as promised with the money right there! All of the representatives I spoke to from Rusty`s to the towing company were all so helpful and nice! Car was busted and taking up space. Got a few quotes and yes, Rusty`s is Junkacar. Both gave me the same quote with Junkacar almost immediately (not knowing that Junkacar was the same) the woman on the phone pretty much just threw a quote at me realizing she saw me in the system. I gave them different information realizing I had made a mistake but they stuck by their initial quote. For a van with under 100K on it I thought I could get a better price, but I was tied and the thing needed to go. If your car is totaled, a complete bust, or wasting space, use these guys. If you can drive it to a junk yard or have the means to get a better price, look elsewhere. They`re fair as long as you know your boundaries.
