Classic Cars Online is helping the owner with the  presentation and listing of this fine vehicle.
You will be purchasing this vehicle directly from him.
This vehicle is for the "Ford" purest. This is  not your typical, "Run of the Mill" street rod that has a basic small block Chevy engine with a blower. This vehicle very will may be "One of a kind" boasting  a "SuperCharged" 351 Cleveland motor with a custom fabricated intake manifold. The current owner is also the builder and fabricator of this fine automobile. He has  owned this vehicle for the last 29 plus years. During that time, he turned this '30 Ford into a very unique ride that stands apart from the other cookie cutter hot  rods. His attention to details and passion for perfection is seen throughout the vehicle. He used the best, top quality name brand components and parts when building  this street rod.
If you are looking for the best, don't let this one get away. A custom vehicle with this high level of workmanship doesn't come around that  often.

Description!

Mechanical:

Engine/Transmission/Rear End:
Lets start with the engine. This is 1971 Mustang 351 "Cleveland". It was completely rebuilt and has 3,168 miles on it. Nothing but the best components. Forged flat  top pistons, and total seal piston rings. 8.5 to 1 compression ratio with a Ford Motor Sport cam shaft. It has stainless steel valves with bronze liners, open  chamber four barrel cylinder heads, with roller rockers. The crowning jewel is a blower setup with a custom intake manifold. It has "177 Weiand Supercharger". This  maybe the only 351 Cleveland engine with a blower attached to it. The supercharger has been on this engine for the last 500 miles. It runs great on pump high test  fuel. Sitting on top the supercharger is a Barry Grant mighty "Demon" 750cfm carburetor. The owner estimates the horse power of this beast to be around 500 hp.  Bolted to this power plant is a C4 automatic transmission that has been worked over and can with stand 1000 plus horse power. The best of everything including a  shift kit plus was put into this transmission. The rear end is a 9" Ford with 4.56 gears. It has a high-end Walker radiator keeping this vehicle running cool all the  time.
Brakes:
It has "Disc Brakes" in the front, and drums in the rear. No known problems and are in good working order. They do not pulsate, fade, pull or make any noise.
Suspension:
All four corners have coil springs. The front suspension has a new Mustang II style setup with upgraded ball joints. Four new Bilstein shocks.
Exhaust:
The dual exhaust system starts with the headers that are coated and flows into stainless steel pipes and mufflers. There are two chrome tips peaking out of the rear.

Body & Paint:

The majority of the work on the body was done from 1985 to 1991. The body was been "Chopped" 2 inches. This is a "Steel Body" with steel running boards. The fenders  are fiberglass. It was painted with newer Chrysler "Red" lacquer paint. The paint is holding up very well. The owner still has extra paint that will go along with  the vehicle. A two-tone hand painted pinstripe finishes this vehicle off. It looks great. The top is finished with a black texture vinyl covering. It is in excellent  condition. The rubber pieces on the steel running boards are in excellent condition and do not show any wear. A custom made "California" car cover also goes along  with the vehicle.

Chrome & Trim:

All the chrome and trim that is on the vehicle is in excellent condition. There are no dings, pits, scratches, or marks on any of the chrome/trim.  (Bumper, radiator shell, headlight housings, taillights, mirrors, etc..) This also goes for the chrome and trim items in the interior of the vehicle.

Interior:

The gray interior that is piped in red is in great condition. There are no rips, holes, marks, stains, or other problems with any of the interior components. The  custom dash houses VDO gauges and indicator lights. It is clean and well laid out. There is a AM/FM radio mounted above the windshield. The radio works great with  the four speakers. (12 Volt battery system.) All the other electric components are also working correctly including the lights, gauges, horn, wiper, and A/C. Yes,  the air conditioning is working and blows cold. It also comes with extra and hard to find "R12" refrigerant if needed down the road. The Ford sport leather wrapped  steering wheel sits on top of a tilt steering column that adjusts to make entering and exiting easy.

Wheels & Tires:

The vehicle has aluminum "Weld Racing" wheels. The wheels are in great condition with no scratches or oxidation problems. Mounted on the rear are Mickey Thompson  31x12 MT tires. The front has P205/70R15 Firestone tires. All four tires are in excellent shape.

Glass:

All of the glass is new and in great shape. The tinted windows roll up and down without any problems or effort. The three tinted windows in the rear are acrylic. The  windshield angles out for ventilation when driving.

Frame & Undercarriage:

Looking at the photos of the underside, you can see the workmanship that went into this vehicle. It wasn't just thrown together. It is painted the same color as the  body. Nice and clean. No under coating hiding problem areas. Everything is properly laid out and has a purpose. There are two custom made stainless steel 4.5 gallon  fuel tanks on either side of the vehicle.
Nine times out of ten, people selling a car would not talk about or take any photos of the underside. The undercarriage tells you a lot about the  car, that is why there are a few pictures of the bottom in the photo gallery. Please view them all.

TERMS OF SALE

Please read all of the terms before bidding.

Our goal at Classic Cars Online, LLC. is to broker positive transactions between buyers and  owners. We help with listing and presenting vehicles on eBay for the owners. We are not in possession and we have not inspected this vehicle. The owner provides us  the information and photos for the eBay auction and has stated the representations are true to the best of his/her knowledge.
We also have a "Risk Free" 7 day inspection period AFTER the auction for the winner bidder.
(See below for details.)
1) The owner provides and is responsible for any and all representations within this auction and not Classic Cars Online, LLC. The owner states that  the presentations are honest and accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and assumes all legal  responsibilities for the vehicle and representations.

The inspection can be done by the buyer personally or a third party inspector that the buyer hires.
4) Full payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. You are not purchasing a new car that is claimed to be flawless. All sales  are final once inspected or paid in full.
5) If the vehicle was found to be materially misrepresented at the inspection, your deposit  is refundable and you are not liable for the purchase but this must be determined within the  allotted seven (7) day inspection period. Regardless of our commitment to describe vehicles  in as much detail as possible there will be imperfections. Failing to mention for example an  item such as a small paint imperfection, a minor non-safety related item such as a switch  etc, does not constitute refusal of the vehicle by the buyer. We require you to put in  writing via email or fax the material misrepresentations in order to receive a refund of  your deposit. Taking a few photos of the misrepresented area for us to see, will help point  out and confirm your concerns. "Changed my Mind" is not a valid excuse for your deposit to be refunded.

7) PLEASE DO NOT bid unless you have full intentions of purchasing at your bid price. Your bid is a legally binding contract as eBay clearly states. We  reserve the right to end the auction early.
