I own an IT company, qdp.com, am a major Porsche fan, and currently own 7 cars (4 of which are Porsches). I am selling this 911 to make room in the garage for a 997 GT3. This car has been meticulously maintained and serviced by Hennessy Porsche of Atlanta. 

The car has a MSRP of $102,510.00 + a $9,000 Porsche Techart Package Upgrade and an additional $2300 Porsche Turbo Wheel Upgrade. As of 7/17/2014 NADA value for this car is $44,950.00, KBB value $45,316.00 (neither valuations account for the additional $11,300 in upgrades) My selling price is $42K. I don't believe there is a cleaner, more heavily optioned out, or documented 05' Porsche Carrera S 3.8L Cabriolet available at this price.

Here is the short story for those in a hurry:
This car is amazing inside and out! It has new tires, new brakes, fresh oil change, and full wax / detail job. I have even went as far as to pay for a Porsche pre-owned vehicle inspection; the car passed with flying colors. 

Everything pictured is included (Porsche wind deflector, rubber weather proof Porsche floor mats, seat covers for storage, Porsche usb drive etc.) Exterior is 9.75 out of 10, interior is a 9.9 out of 10, mechanically it is a 10 out of 10. You will not find a better maintained Black on Black Porsche 997 convertible for $42K. 

The price is significantly lower than market simply because the first owner ran the car into a ditch (minor accident no other vehicles involved) then decided to total it out with the insurance (major title issues). The second owner imported it into Canada, repaired it with Porsche parts, enjoyed it for a year and later sold it to me. I am the 3rd owner and have kept up with every recommended Porsche maintenance interval, have had it hand washed it 99% of the time, and have always kept it in a garage (especially for the 3 day winter in Atlanta). I have driven this car daily for the past 2 years and can say it is bulletproof.
