This is a 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 4-door sedan in its original color, Tuscan Yellow. This is a great starter car to enjoy the summer car show season with the family!

The vehicle was originally a 260-2v V8 and now features a non-original 289ci, V8 engine. The original automatic transmission is in place and a Hurst Shifter has been added. The car also features power steering and power brakes. The car runs and drives beautifully and is ready to hit the road with brand new tires all the way around.

This vehicle has had some work completed during its previous ownership. It has had a repaint at some point in the original color. Even though it was a single-stage repaint, it still looks good and shines nicely. There is no evidence of previous accident damage. The body, floors, trunk, jams, doors, hood and trunk lid are all solid.  There is some minor surface rust showing in places with some bubbles in the rear quarters and lower fenders. All trim and moldings are in nice condition with a beautiful early 60’s grill. The original rims have been sandblasted and repainted in the body color, and new tires were fitted along with date correct Ford Galaxie wheel covers. In our opinion these look much nicer than the smaller Fairlane covers of the same year.

The interior is all original, complete and in very good condition considering it’s age. All the seat belts and intact and functional so your family can travel safe to the show!

It is showing just shy of 110,000 miles, it is unknown if that is original or not, as previously stated the engine has been swapped at some point.

The car is offered with the original keys, build sheet, owner’s manual, Ford Registration Card and Owner Identification card.

This should be considered a solid driver as it does have some rust, minor dents and defects appropriate for its age. The car has not been restored at any point and will need minor repairs as necessary.

The car is being advertising on behalf of the owner, this will be a private party sale.
