Classic style with a great ride balance, power, lasting beauty and beautifully finished. This refined road car blends strong performance with solid engineering and luxurious trappings. This SL 500 is impressively stable at speed, with a rock-solid bearing that inspires confidence. This SL also delivers a sporting feel with commendable road manners as witnessed when I personally drove her. The, 5.0L V8, engine is solid, strong and has plenty of power when needed. Evidently this car was regularly serviced and kept which is evident by the appearance and great drive. As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "Green" metallic exterior paint shines like the Florida sun. My have some minor chips/dings, overall she looks great! The "Beige", leather, interior looks really good, really clean, really nice. No dash pad cracks! The convertible soft top looks great, works great, goes down at the touch of a button! She is in very good shape. A Real, True, clean, well maintained Mercedes-Benz SL Roadster! For protection, the rollover bar was designed to flip into position behind the seats when needed. The bar can be raised and lowered via a center console button, by power, if desired. Even without the three-pointed star, it would be difficult to mistake the SL for anything but a Mercedes-Benz. She features, 16" alloy wheels, removable hard top, stand not included, power front seats with dual memory, 4-speed automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth, 5.0L V8, cruise control, fog lights, wood interior accents, tachometer, 4-wheel ABS brakes, front airbags, spare tire, jack, tools, floor mats, power tilt, telescopic, leather steering wheel, power locks, windows, mirrors, foldable mesh windscreen, headlight wipers, clear gauge lens, cassette player, clean Carfax and more! What I thought was really impressive is that when the hard top is placed on the vehicle, you only have to move the power top button to lock it down, no tools to find, no wrenches to turn! We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
  
  
• *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
  
  
• A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.

• We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
  
  
• A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
  
  
• All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.
