This is an extremely nice example of a very rare E39 Class BMW 540I M Sport.  This is a factory M Sport, not an after market knock off.  I will include the original build sheet as evidence.  Adding to it is a BMW Dealer installed DINAN Kit including the following DINAN Performance mods: Stage III Engine Software, Cold Air Intake, MAF Sensor, manifold, and Exhaust.   An older gentleman who spared no expense owned this car before me. Until this week this car was almost flawless until I hit a cat that broke some plastic on the passenger side bumper.  Some times I think I’m not meant to have nice things. I’m selling as I am starting a new business and need the cash. 

I purchased this vehicle as a salvage vehicle that supposedly was flooded.  You are welcome to inspect every inch of this vehicle for flood damage; you will find none.  Further, I will drive it to any local BMW dealer and have them perform a diagnostic it on it at your expense.  It is a beautiful vehicle. 

It currently has the winter tires on it that are Michelin Primacy.  I don’t have the original Parallel M Spoke wheels, but I do know where those are and they can be purchased separately.  They have Michelin Pilots on them with the proper stagger.   

This car is VERY fast and drives smooth as silk.  It also sounds fantastic.
