2005 Honda element EX awd ONE OWNER !!

I took this honda element on trade here at my dealership from a local customer who bought it brand new! It has a great history and the previous owner had it regulary serviced locally. The previous owner told me that the new owner can call him and ask him any questions they may have. This Element comes with a clean Iowa title.Cosmetically this honda looks really sharp with no rust that I can see. There were some minor comon for the age blemishes here and there that are all pictured. Definitely nothing crazy or overly noticable. The one spot that can be easily addressed would be the front left fender trim panel was loose, the previous owner had it repaired, but they used small screws to hold it on. (see pictures and video) If you decide to replace it, I priced it out for under $80. The interior looks good with no major spots I saw but I pictured any minor cosmetic belmish I did see. This Element drives great. I was very impressed with how fun and snappy this car drove.The previous owner told me that he got great gas milage out of it! The five speed trans shifts great and the awd system is working like it should. I noticed a strut or shock noise in the passenger side rear. Nothing too crazy but it was there (easily fixed with a new strut/shock) I am probally over calling this car but I would rather you have no surprises.The tires look good with lots of tred as well as the wheels.  The previous owner told me that this element has a NHTSA 5 star crash test rating and that is one of the main reasons they bought it new as he has a family and wanted something safe for them. This is a car that if you win, you can fly here and drive home feeling great about it!. I do not want to overcall this honda or undercall it, let the video pictures and description tell the story. I require a 500 dollar non refundable paypal deposit wihtin 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the car, I will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it. I invite you to come and drive/inspect the car, have a ebay inspection done, or have me recommend a local mechanic check it out for you before placing a bid. Deposit: a 500 dollar non refundable deposit must be paid by paypal or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction end. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay in full either by bank wire transfer, mailing check, or cash in person. Customer has 30 days from end of sale to pick up or make arrangments with me to have the vehicle stored.  All items are sold AS IS with no warranty of any kind unless specified in the ad. We reserve the right to remove any listing due to on site sales. We also require that bidders internationally or with feedback score of zero contact us.

Customer pays sales tax and registration in the state they are from, we do not collect it. The deposit is non refundable, by backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. please remember you are bidding on a used vehicle and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. We do our best to show you every fault we can find but somethings things may go unseen to us. A 20 dollar per a day storage fee will be added to the final price if the vehicle is not picked up within 30 days of the auction end as that is what it cost me to store the vehicles. please contact me if you need more than 30 days prior to bidding.
