This is a very clean 2011 Honda CR-Z. This car has only had 1 owner since new. The owner commuted from Denton (just north of Fort Worth) to Houston, so there are lots of highway miles, but it has been well kept. The drivetrain is very strong with no issues and the car drives great. The transmission works perfect. Brand new tires. Drives tight, straight and smooth with no issues at all. Incredibly fun to drive and excellent fuel economy to boot.

 

The interior is in excellent condition. Everything looks great and the upholstery all in great condition. Everything works perfect. The A/C is cold and the Heat is hot. Never smoked in. No strange smells. Very nice inside. Just one light stain on the bottom of the driver's seat.

 

The exterior is also in excellent condition. Since this has been a Texas car since new, there's no rust or corrosion anywhere. The paint shines excellent and is all original. No noticeable damage on the body, but there are a few tiny dings that I included close-up pictures of, as well as a few very light and very tiny hail dings that I couldn't even get to show up in a picture. The Carfax Report is perfectly clean. No previous accidents. As you can see, this car shows excellent and looks great overall.

 

This car is ready to be driven anywhere you want to take it. It drives excellent. If you'd like to fly in and drive it home, I'll personally bring it to you at the airport when you arrive. If you need it shipped, I can arrange that for you too.

Our History:   Short Motor Company was founded by my Dad, Leo Short, in 1990 after he was a Snap-On Tool dealer for 9 years. He was guided in starting his business by his uncle, John Short, who owned several new and used car dealerships throughout Texas over the course of more than 30 years in the business. I started working for my Dad at age 16, finished high school, and began my college career toward my Associates Degree in Automotive Marketing and Management from Northwood University in Cedar Hill, TX. I married my wonderful wife Rachel in 2007 and we welcomed a baby boy to our family in February 2011, and then a baby girl in December 2012. My Dad and I continue to work together: he sells vehicles strictly from his storefront just as he has done from the same location since 1989, while I have chosen to cater to the online community. Since 1989 our family business has been a member in good standing with the Fort Worth Independent Auto Dealers Association, the Texas Independent Auto Dealers Association, and the National Independent Auto Dealers Assocation.

 

When I was 12 years old, my Grandpa gave me a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback that had been sitting in a field since the 1970's. It was my dream car, but once I started looking to buy parts for it and realized that wasn't going to happen with my small budget, I sold it for $1,300. By the time I graduated High School at age 17, I had bought and sold over 30 cars. For my High School yearbook, they made up a new "Most Likely To Be..." category for me - I was "Most Likely To Become President Of Ford Motor Company". When I joined eBay in 1999 I was buying and selling rare Hot Wheels toy cars. Now since 2006 I've been selling pre-owned cars and trucks full-time on eBay and specializing in diesels. Since day one, I've maintained 100% positive feedback with over 350 transactions.

I can also accommodate any buyers who prefer to ride the train or bus into the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well.

- NATIONWIDE "TO YOUR DOOR" DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE -

- PERSONAL DELIVERY -

If you choose to have me deliver your vehicle to you, I can do so personally for $1.75 per loaded mile within a 600 mile radius of ZIP code 76115, and can facilitate that within 3 business days under normal circumstances.

After 2 weeks, a storage fee of $15 per day will be charged.

 

 

If I already have the title to the vehicle it will be given to you in person when you pick up the vehicle, or sent to you via FedEx if you choose to ship the vehicle. If I do not yet have the title (very few cases, but does happen sometimes because of paperwork delays), once I do receive the title (no longer than 10 days after the sale in most cases) it will be sent to you via FedEx.

Winning bidder MUST contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to sell it to the next highest bidder, re-list the vehicle, or sell it elsewhere. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay. If financing, make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

All of my vehicles are thoroughly checked out by my mechanic before they are ever put on eBay and any maintenance needs are taken care of. Most of my customers are from out of state, so I take great care to make absolutely certain (to the best of my ability) that the vehicle is in excellent mechanical (and cosmetic) condition. Please understand these are used vehicles, and may have very minor imperfections that are not noted. I try very hard to describe each vehicle accurately; however, if you have a question about something specific that you feel is not addressed adequately in the description, please call or email me.

Sometimes the vehicle may have slightly more miles on it after the auction is over than what it had when the eBay listing started. This will not be a drastic mileage increase (usually only a couple hundred miles at the most), but it does happen on occasion because of test drives and demonstrations during the auction.

I want this transaction to be as smooth and pleasant as possible. A happy buyer is a well educated buyer, so if you are in doubt about anything, please ask.
