HAS A REBUILT 67, 400 WT CODE ENGINE WITH THE RAM AIR 670 HEADS, 4 BBL QUADROJET, LARGER CAM THAN STOCK, HYD LIFTERS, LIKE NEW EXH MANIFOLDS, AND ELECTRONIC IGN. THE 4 SPEED MUNCI THAT SHIFTS DEVINELY. THE10 BOLT REAR IS A 305 GEAR NON POSI. SHE ALSO HAS POWER BRAKES , POWER STEERING AND ADDED A/C THAT IS WORKING. NON # MATCH 400 AND TRANS BUT THEY BUT ARE 67' IT CAME WITH AUTOMATIC. IT IS #MATCH ON THE PAINT AND INTERIOR.

BUT THERE IS SOMETHING UNIQUE. THIS CAR HAS A VIN THAT SAYS ITS A COUPE OR POST CAR. CHECK THE VIN # PLATE AND THE 1ST "0" SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 1. BUT THE COWL TAG IS IN SINK WITH BODY, A HARDTOP. NOW, TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO CRY FOWL, WE HAVE A LETTER FROM THE PONTIAC HISTORICAL SERVICE (PHS) SAYING ITS A GTO HARDTOP WITH A MISTAKE IN THE VIN AND I HAVE A PHS THAT BUYER WILL RECIEVE. NOT MANY CARS MADE IT THRU WITH THESE TYPE OF MISTAKES. SO, IT NOT ONLY IS UNIQUE BUT I CAN BE FUN TO TALK ABOUT.

THE OL' GUY WHO RESTORED THIS CAR HAD SEVERAL GTO'S THRU THE YEARS AND RESTORED SEVERAL. HE HAD A COLLECTION OF GTO PARTS AND USED ALL RUST FREE SHEET METAL ON THE CAR EXCEPT QUARTERS, DROP DOWNS, AND TRUNK PAN. IT WAS MOSTLY SOLID AND SO WAS THE FRAME AND FLOORS EXCEPT FOR 4 SMALL SPOTS IN FLOOR THAT HAD PIN HOLES. SINCE IT WAS FIRM HE DECIDED TO SPREAD SOME PUDDY ON BOTH SIDES AT THE HOLES AND PAINT THE BOTTOM. THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY THING A BUYER MAY NOT CARE FOR ON THE CAR. ITS HOLDING UP WELL AND I CANT SEE IT EVER  BEING A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR THESE CLASSICS GET ANYMORE.

BEAUTIFUL TYROL BLUE PAINT WITH A HAND PAINTED WHITE PIN STRIPE ON A VERY STRAIGHT BODY. THE DOORS COULD BE FITTED JUST A BIT BETTER BUT THEY WEREN'T GREAT WHEN NEW. EVRY THING ON CAR HAS BEEN PAINTED TOP TO BOTTOM.

EXCELLENT INTERIOR ALL THE WAY AROUND. HE BOUGHT AN INTERIOR KIT AND DASH PAD FOR THE CAR. THE GAGE CLUSTER WAS RESTORED. ALL WEATHER SEALS AND WINDOW FELTS REPLACED. NEW WINSHIELD WAS PUT IN AND ALL THE REST INGOOD SHAPE. DOORS AND WINDOWS WORK REAL WELL.

EVERYTHING ON THE CAR WORKS EVEN THE FACTORY AM/FM RADIO AND THE CLOCK.
IT HAS RECHROMED BUMPERS. NEW EMBLEMS. ALL THE FRONT END PARTS ARE NEW AND ALIGNED. THE WHOLE BRAKE SYSTEM IS NEW AND THE E BRAKE WORKS. HAS SPARE AND NEW TIRE TOOLS. RESTORED RIMS AND NEW 14" TIRES.

NO EVIDENCE OF EVER BEING WRECKED. THE RIGHT REAR QUATER HAS A 1/2" PAINT TOUCH UP SPOT. THIS IS THE WORSE SPOT ON CAR. THE FRONT EDGE OF LEFT  DOOR HAS BEEN TOUCHED UP FOR A NICK. THAT ROCKER MOLDING HAS A FEW LITTLE DINGS. THE PAINT HAS VERY LITTLE DIRT, VERY LITTLE. THOSE ARE THE THINGS THAT TAKE AWAY FROM THE CAR.

WHEN YOU DRIVE THE CAR YOU REALLY APRRECIATE THE FEEL AND LOOK OF THE CAR. THEN THE POWER  AS YOU SHIFT THRU THAT SMOOTH TRANSMISSION. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT.

A NICE FRAME OFF RESTORATION WITH ABOUT 3000 MILES SINCE DONE.
