This 2006 Chevy Silverado was totaled out by the previous owners Insurance Company(State Farm)that will be an easy rebuilder and make a nice truck for work, personal use or great for resale when repaired.  The truck is a base model pick up with the popular and peppy gas saving 4.3L V6 with automatic transmission and 2-wheel drive.  The engine runs great with no oil leaks, smoke or rattles.  The tranny shifts great and drove straight down the road during a short test drive.  The steering wheel is off center from the accident moving the front end out of alignment and will be part of the rebuild.  Trailering or transporting is always recommended with Salvage Titled Rebuilders to be safe and legal but could be driven if absolutely necessary?  The radiator support, radaitor, condensor and cooling fans are not damaged and air blows cold.  The damage is what can be seen with nothing hidden or overlooked.  The bumper took the hardest hit and the left frame rail can be seen swayed to the right and the grille and hood were also damaged.  Both left & right lamp assemblies, mounting panels and fenders are good.  Front end sheet metal and frame horns will need to be pulled back to factory specs. for sheet metal, bumper and wheel alignment.  One of two spot welds on hood striker broke from impact(see pic)which is another reason not to drive?  Windshield is not broke but has 2-rock chips. 

The overall truck is in great shape and the miles are average, with no rust, hail dings or parking lot dings as pics. will show making this an above average truck.  The color is "Silver Birch" similar to Champagne which is a class color on any vehicle. 

The interior is clean and in good condition, some minor wear on driver seat that is to small to view in picture but not an issue.  The air blows cold and no odor from smoke or pets.  Does have an aftermarket am/fm with cd that all work as they should including an aftermarket cruise unit that worked on the test drive but I have never been a fan of aftermarket factory options so dont count on it?  

 BUYER INSPECTION:  This vehicle will be as my pictures and description indicate with no hidden surprises.  In addition to this I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection to you, if not familiar with Wreck Rebuilding?  Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges & fees.

REGARDING LIENS:  I do not purchase vehicles with existing leins on them and all titles are in hand when sold.  Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars & trucks as well as the late models, there are lein records showing up on the reports.  All vehicles have had leins on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. "YOU WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ME WITH AN EXISTING LIEN".
