Cash at the time of pick-up, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposits must be made by Credit Cards, certified check or wire transfer.

Deposit
The successful high bidder is required to submit a 10% deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. No sale is final until a 10% deposit is in our possession. Failure to submit said deposit in the provided time frame shall represent a voluntary forfeiture of the right to purchase said vehicle. The vehicle will then be released for sale to other parties and Hunting Ridge Motors Inc. reserves the right to seek financial restitution for the fees incurred in the re-listing of said vehicle and to file complaints with EBay which may result in disciplinary action and negative feedback. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE PURCHASE.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Buyer's Inspection

Please be advised that use vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Hunting Ridge Motors Inc. welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Additional Fees and Taxes
If you require shipping, we will assist with the arrangements. There are NO additional or hidden fees for the closing of this transaction other than what is listed above as a transaction fee of $150 in "Notice to Buyers". -- Just the winning bid price. An In-Transit permit, included in above-mentioned $150 transaction fee, can be issued for all purchasers outside the state of New York for the drive home if it is a street legal vehicle. All New York winning bidders, we are a registered New York state dealer and will obtain plates, registration and title for you. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
