It can be a challenge to find one that has not been turned into a street rod. The good looking red short bed you see here is a terrific truck. It features a smooth body with very nice paint, trim, and glass. It has a restored bed with real wood and matching bed rails. It was kept mostly stock and original during the restoration with the exception of some very desirable upgrades: front disc brakes for better stopping power.  It also has a very nice power steering assembly to make a wonderful drive and also has new aluminum exhaust, and new Diamond Back wide white radial tires were added to the show quality fully refurbished chassis and shows excellent. The interior is very nice with a high grain vinyl seat cover, new full carpeting, insulated cloth custom headliner, and in-dash AM/FM cassette stereo. Power comes from a V code 272 V-8 with a two barrel carburetor backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. It runs and drives very well. All of the gauges were refurbished by Redline and work well.  We have lots of receipts on the restoration which is a nice bonus. This is an outstanding truck that anyone could drive and enjoy. It is nice enough to show but also could be driven every day if you desire.
