Price

Dealer's “Buy-it now” Price
and any Buyer’s bid are stated amount plus $349 doc prep fee. “Buy-it-now” Price
and any Buyer’s bid do not include tax, title or registration, all of which are
the Buyer’s responsibility. Must take delivery within five (5) days of your bid
being accepted as winning bid. Prior sales excluded.

Financing

For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options,please contact us within two (2) days of your bid being accepted as winning bid.

Deposit
and Payment

A deposit of $500.00 U.S. must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of your bid being accepted as the winning bid. When the deposit has been submitted, Buyer MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining
balance must be paid within five (5) days. If payment is made by cashier's or
personal check, we will hold all titles for ten (10) days or until funds have
cleared. We accept PayPal for deposit only. Balance must be in the form of
Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing.

Free Lifetime
Powertrain Warranty

Most vehicles sold by Boch New To You are covered by a free Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty.
Most current plus ten (10) previous model years vehicles with up to 150,000
odometer miles are eligible, subject to exclusions. Lifetime Powertrain
Warranty provides for Repairs on identified Covered Parts; certain exclusions
and other terms and conditions are stated in Warranty. Warranty cannot be

Inspection

Finalizing
Your Purchase

Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within twenty-four (24) hours of your bid being accepted as winning bid to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within five (5) days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for delivery/shipment to the Buyer, all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the Seller.

Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract

To purchase this vehicle, you must enter into a Massachusetts Motor Vehicle
Purchase Contract in the form used at our dealership. If you would like to
review the form before bidding, please contact us for a copy. All obligations
under the Motor Vehicle Purchase Contract are to be performed in Norwood,
Norfolk County, Massachusetts, including Purchaser’s obligation to pay for the
vehicle. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. at our dealership inNorwood,Norfolk County,Massachusetts.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the Buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage, including without limitation damage in loading.

Airport Transportation

We would be happy to pick you up at a local airport with advance arrangements. We are located 30-60 minutes from Boston’s Logan airport and 50-60 minutes from Rhode Island’s T. F. Green airport, depending on traffic.
