Here we have a beautifully restored 1954 Ford F100 pick up that has endured a nearly 10 year restoration into one of the hottest looking trucks on the road. We have the complete restoration history of the truck with every receipt and hundreds of photos documenting the build. From the information we can gather from the documentation the truck was bought by the builder in 1993 and between 97&98 had a mild restoration done to the truck while improving on it over the years but in 2005 it looks like he went all out on the build and finally finished in 2008 to what you see here. What we have now is a super nice F100 with an excellent body sitting on custom suspension with all new drive train and custom interior. The body has an excellent fit and finish to it and what really amazes me is how easily the doors open and close, a little girl can shut the door with her pinky finger. I have never seen doors shut so easily and secure on any vehicle old or new. I can only imagine the hours upon hours that went into those doors. The paint looks great with a high gloss finish and all glass and weatherstripping are new. The interior of the truck looks fantastic with a custom power seat and custom built dash that houses all new gauges and air conditioning. Other features include power windows, overhead console with CD player and tilt steering column. As for the drive train the truck sports a professionally built 302 V8 from Proformance Unlimited providing over 300hp backed by a C4 automatic transmission. The rear axle is a 9" Ford with 31 spline Moser axles, Auburn posi and a 3.00 gear ratio. The suspension of the truck has been upgraded with a TCI independent front suspension with power rack and pinion steering, adjustable coil overs, and Wilwood power disc brakes. The rear suspension is a four link set up from TCI with adjustable coil overs and Wilwood disc brakes. Wheels are 17" Halibrands. The truck runs and drives excellent with no shakes or rattles, very tight and everything in perfect working order. This is a great dependable truck that is loads of fun to drive and show and is ready to hit the road.......
