The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time, should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. Credit applications are required through Mercedes-Benz of Chandler on every vehicle purchase whether it be a Cash, Check or Finance transaction! Mercedes-Benz of Chandler has a Documentary Service Fee of $489.00 that is charged with every vehicle purchase. If the vehicle is being picked up in the state of Arizona taxes will be charged to the buyer. If the vehicle is being shipped out of state the buyer is responsible for the taxes and charges that the state they are registering the vehicle in may charge. If you are purchasing a vehicle on E-Bay the following terms apply. Buy clicking the "Buy It Now" button your are entering into binding agreement with Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. Contact must be made with the Fleet/Internet Sales Managers within a 12 hour period of time by a phone call to 480-421-4557 or by e-mail at tstephens@penskeautomotive.com. Wire Transfer in the full must be made within a 48 hour period of time from the point that "the Buy It Now" was clicked . If payment is made by Cashiers Check it must be received also in a 48 hour period of time and the vehicle will not be released until funds have cleared through our bank. We can provide a quote for shipping on vehicles that are sold by Mercedes-Benz of Chandler. Mercedes-Benz of Chandler or any of its employees are not the shipping company and are no way responsible for the vehicles from the point of pick up or while in shipment. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
