Finished in a beautiful Fusion Blue Metallic exterior that still has a showroom shine and complimented by a clean Parchment leather interior this 1 Owner Saab 9-3 Sportcombi has only 91K lightly driven and maintained miles.

This 9-3 feels powerful with its 2.0-liter DOHC 4 cylinder Turbocharged engine capable of 210 horsepower and an impressive average of 22 Mpg City and 31 Mpg Hwy. Squeeze down on the gaz pedal and you're rewarded with smooth and quick throttle response that's very satisfying when accelerating onto a freeway. Stomp on it at any speed and the five (5) speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly and truly brings this Swedish power-plant to life.

The overall condition of the exterior of this vehicle is fantastic ! The paint has a deep sparkling shine and shows very nicely. Only a couple of minor issues to mention such as a medium dent on the rear trunk door and a small dent on the front driver side fender.

Overall the interior is in very good condition. The door panels and headliner are in excellent condition with the exception of the left rear door panel that is missing a piece of its wood trim. The carpet and floormats are clean from front to back. A couple of cosmetic issue to mention on the interior such as some minor wear on the leather seats and some tear on the driver's seat. One of the wood trim is missing on the interior rear passenger door.

As far as the electronics, all power equipment such as the power windows, power driver's seat and power sunroof work as they should. There are absolutely no pixels burned out in the radio or instrument cluster. The A/C blows Ice Cold on all speeds.

Mechanically this car is in very good condition. We have driven it at surface street speeds and at highway speeds up to 79mph and can verify that this wagon handles tight, runs strong, shifts smoothly and has plenty of power throughout the gears. The tires have more the 65% of tread left.

This car will come with two (1) remote key, and its original  owner's manual book. The keyless remote does not work.

  • $249 Dealer Processing Fee: 

          South Florida Autohaus charges a Dealer Processing Fee in the amount of $249 per each vehicle purchase transaction. This charge is to cover expenses such as temporary tags, professional detailing, mechanical inspection and overnight mailing and handling of documents related to sale.  Florida law statutes mandate that any such fee must be disclosed and included in the final sale price without discrimination therefore please do not ask us to waive that fee because we cannot. With online auctions the final price is not known in advance, so please note that the amount of $249.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount of purchase so that the final price will include the fee and such will be reflected on the bill of sale. A Buy-It-Now price on ebay does not include the $249.00 dealer processing fee.

  • This vehicle is also being offered for sale outside of eBay and should a sale agreement be made we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. 

  • Buyer must provide a copy of their State issued valid Driver License at the time initial deposit is sent. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

  • The jurisdiction of this transaction is Broward County, Florida. By bidding on this vehicle you will have entered into a legal and binding contract. You agree not to leave negative feedback until we have been given opportunity to correct any issue that may be brought up with this transaction.

Fees:Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged taxes, we only retain a Bill of Lading as evidence of shipping. You are responsible for paying your taxes, title and registration fees when you register the vehicle in your home state. However if you take delivery of your vehicle here in Florida you will be issued a temporary tag, and if your state has a Reciprocal Agreement with Florida, then we must collect your state's applicable Sales Tax up to a maximum of the Florida rate of 6%. Any taxes over that amount you will pay when you register the vehicle in your state. If your rate is less than 6% then the lower rate will be collected

In state buyers
Florida residents will be charged 6% state taxes plus any applicable county discretionary tax

Deposit
Buyer agrees to send a $500 Non-Refundable deposit through PayPal within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including applicable fees and taxes within 7 calendar days of the end of auction. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of close of auction or if the balance has not been paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, or alternate payment arrangements has not been made, the vehicle will be re-listed or made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at Fort Lauderdale Airport or Miami International airport when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Inspection
Buyers are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person. Personal inspection and/or third-party inspection is highly recommended to avoid any misunderstandings. Buyer is responsible for payment of the inspection. No inspections will be allowed after end of the auction. Please do not assume anything and do ask any questions you might have in regard of this car, as well as ask for any additional photos that would be of special interest for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, asked any and as much questions they might have about the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely. Therefore, any claims or disputes as a result of or relate to failure to disclose or misrepresentation are hereby waived by you.

Shipping
All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. We will help with the shipping arrangements but we will not be held responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.Vehicle must be picked up within 10 calendar days of the end of auction. All vehicles that are not picked up within this time frame will be subject to storage fees in the amount of $25/day.

Vehicle Titles
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale. Titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer and guarantee clear and free of liens titles on all vehicles that we sell. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 30 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.

Third-Party Financing as Method of Payment
When seeking pre-approval for an auto loan please remember that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 7 years or with more than 100,000 miles. Make sure, then, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of the vehicle before bidding. Again, please arrange financing before bidding. If you win an auction you herein agree to subject yourselves to these terms and, therefore, if you cannot arrange financing your deposit will be held by South Florida Autohaus.
