This is a very cool Bronco! This Bronco draws constant thumbs up, compliments and stares. What is really surprising is that it is popular with all age groups, everybody likes it! Luckily it is just as fun to drive as it is to look at.

This Bronco was relocated from Sunny Southern Texas just a few years ago. As such it is quite solid. So much so that when it was painted the floors were left uncovered to show how nice this one is. The paint does look nice but does have some scratches & stone chips from use. A very good looking Bronco with new marker lights & bezels, refreshed fender flares and those Huge 35" Helo Wheels and Mud Terrain Tires.

Inside the interior has just been treated to a new set of seats from Tom's Broncos with weather resistent upholstery. The fronts are the lever-tilt style and the back is a Fold & Tumble, it folds flat and then can be pivoted forward against the front seats allowing use of the bed. All of the seat belts are new as well. A tilt steering column has been installed and really helps out getting into and out of those bucket seats. To trim out the rocker panels new billet scuff plates have been added. They protect against scratches and look great doing it.

The nicely detailed 351 Windsor has been fitted with an Edelbrock aluminum intake and a Holley Carburetor. The power is good right off idle. Consider that the 1971 Broncos with a 302 sported only 205 horsepower and 300 lbs/ft of torque, not bad and much better than the later Broncos with only 125 horsepower. However, the 351 Windsor produced 290 Horsepower and 385 lbs feet of torque stock. Add in better parts like the Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Holley carburetor, roller rocker arms, performance cam, long tube headers & free flowing exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers and the new combo should produce around 325 horsepower and 410 lbs/ft of torque making this Bronco a lot more fun to drive.

Also with the addition of the Stroppe style toploader 4 speed over the 3 speed, gearing is much better allowing for a much better rpm range and quicker accelleration. The toploader 4 speed is the same fully synchronized style the Mustangs came with so it shifts very quickly. Excellent for the sand when a slow shift loses rpm and very well could get you stuck.

The undercarriage was steam cleaned, inspected and detailed. Nice touches like painted floors, new bushings and detailed steering linkage set this Bronco apart. Nothing is worse than spending good money on a vehicle and finding a greasy mess underneath a shiny exterior.

Options like the power steering make the 35" tires easy to deal with. Very nice to have in a tight parking lot or an off road adventure. The power brakes are a must and really help haul this Bronco down from speed with minimal effort.

A 24 Gallon fuel tank replaces the 2 small factory tanks. No more switching fuel gauges or a fuel tank valve. This is a very nice conversion and even the fill hole for the front tank was deleted for a cleaner look. A nice billet gas cap replaces the original stock cap.
