If you fly in to drive your purchase home, we provide free pick up service from O'Hare International Airport. Please let us know when you are finalizing your transaction with us that you require pick up service.

We will be happy to assist you if you want your purchase shippped/delivered to you. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated within the listing. The Patrick Dealer Group is not affiliated with any shipping company but we do have reliable shipping companies that we can contact on your behalf and assist you with making your shipping arrangements.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT IN FULL :

A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 Hours of auction end to secure the vehicle. We will accept Credit Card or Cash In Person for all deposits. The remainder (payment in full) is due within 72 hours from the receipt of the deposit unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer agrees to have make payments in full by electronic wire transfer only.

FEES & TAXES :

Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. Please note that some states require us to collect sales taxes for them. These states are ; Arizona, Florida, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Illinois.

If a 30 day drive away permit is required to transport the vehicle from our location there will be a $10.00 drive away fee added to the transaction.

All vehicles sold will have a $164.30 documentary fee added.

Buyer is responsible for all licence and title / registration fees associated with properly registering the vehicle and titling the vehicle in their state of residency.

While we usually have the titles for our vehicles at time of making a deal. Sometimes we may be waiting for them to arrive at our corporate office due to a payoff when the title was used to collateralize a loan with the previous owner. Please allow for a 21 day grace period from the day that payment in full was received for us to release and send title to you. If you should require obtaining the title prior to the 21 day grace period, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite the title to you.

Our vehicles are advertised with the current mileage at the time of listing, so the mileage at the time of sale may vary due to test drives, transportation for reconditioning, and possible demonstrator usage. 

We attempt to provide you with the most accurate information available to us about our vehicles. Even thought we are automobile professionals, we can still make mistakes when listing a vehicle for sale on eBay. Vehicle VIN decoding has made the task of providing accurate information about equipment package and optional equipment easier. Even when using such software, there might be errors or omissions with the information provided to us by using vehicle software to generate this vehicle listing, it is not always 100% accurate. For this reason it is the buyer responsibility to verify all information within this listing as the Patrick Dealer Group will not be held responsible post sale for any discrepancy of information.

The Patrick Dealer group reserves the right to not sell this vehicle to any purchaser if there is a pricing error, the vehicle is no longer available for sale, or if there is nonconforming information provided as per the physical condition, option(s), or specification that are present or not present on the vehicle. We are not responsible for any typographical errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, picture representation, etc.. In the event that there is any non conforming information being provided, or if there is a pricing error, the purchaser of this vehicle agrees to hold harmless the Patrick Dealer Group and its 3rd party providers of any fault, loss, or damage by such. We do all within our power to avoid mistakes or misprints, so if you notice any inaccuracies within our listing, we only ask that you bring this to our attention so that we can immediately rectify the information. We cannot be held responsible for any accidental inaccuracies generated by software or human variable. Since our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, we simply ask every customer to obtain  and verify all information prior to buying. 

Please do not assume anything not listed is included. If we have the Owner's Manuals, additional keys, remote key fobs, floor mats, or any other accessories that might have been available for this vehicle, we will be happy to pass them along to the purchaser of this vehicle. If we do not have those additional items or accessories, we will not provide them with your purchase unless prior arrangements have been approved by our management staff and are stated within your purchase order. Simply put, if we obtained "it" from the previous owner, we will be happy to  pass "it" along to you with your purchase.
